Note for item No-134 & 135 (i) The work shall be carried out in different shade and the same shall be got approved from Engineer-in-charge/GE/ (ii) The work shall be carried out upto 4th storey of bldgs and no extra payment shall be admissible for necessary form work & scaffolding required for the same.

Preparation of old painted surfaces with complete removal of existing treatment & applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified. Notes :- This item shall also include the demolition of foundation concrete/hard core and taking out the posts and struts carefully and removing the same from site.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete for fencing post, complete all as specified.

Opening/cleaning of blockage of WC/WHB/Urinal, Kitchen Sink, gully trap /floor trap/ Nahani Trap, vertical soil/waste pipe of different dia at Sunderbani Mil Stn. Note :- (i) Safaiwala will report to office of AGE B/R-I Sunderbani complaint cell at 0845 hrs and attend complaint till 1645 hrs for collecting day to day sewage complaint and complaints needs to be clear within 48 hours in AOR of AGE B/R-I Sunderbani. (ii) Necessary arrangement of tool for clearing the blockage beared by contractor. (iii) Incase fail to attend the complaint within 48 hours the recovery amount at the rate Rs. 200 per complaint shall be deducted from payment. Removing chlorine scales from internal walls, waste materials / mud/ sand and depositing the same 50 Mtrs distance away from the UG sump/OH reservoir incl painting both inner and outer side of tank with two coat of existing paint and writing in white letter of date of cleaning and storage capacity of tank on black paint complete all as specified and directed Note:- Rates quoted by contractor shall be deemed to be included the dewatering of semi UG sump/OH reservoir, arrangement of pumps and T & P required for the same to complete the job.
