Construction of Community hall at Chettikulam Road in Perakambi Panchayat. Earthwork excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) to full depth as per designed in all soils and sub soils except soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting and hard rock requiring blasting and bailing water wherever necessary. Refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of well rammed and compacted and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m and clearing and leveling the site etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundations and basement with filling M- sand in layers not exceeding 15 cm.thick,well watered,rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality II class table moulded bricks 8"3/4 x 41/4" X23/4" for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.including scaffolding curing cost of reinforcement etc.all complete as per specifications and drawings as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Supply and errecting sheet centering of size 90 cm x 60cm 10 G sheet laid over silver oak joist and supported by casurina post of size 10 cm x 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center etc. complete .BGL

Brick jelly Lime concrete by using 20 mm brick jelly with lime in the ratio of 32 : 12.5 including cost conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing laying compacting well beaten with wooden batens etc complete

Finishing the Top of Roof with one course of Pressed Tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm laid in cement mortor 1 : 3 and pointing with the same mortor mixed with water proof compound including cost and conveyance off all materials and labour charges etc complete

Special ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3 10mm thick including cost and conveyance charges etc.,

Supplying and applying of Two Coats of Putty of 3mm thick over the exposed Rcc Surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy grinding machine and shll be throughly clened out of dust and Scrubbing.The Surfce shall be then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours.it shall then be sand papered (water proof abrasive sheet ) to give a smooth and even surface.Any uneveness shall be made good by applying Ist coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulation and applying second coat of putty after 6 hours of Ist coat of putty and then sand Papering (Water proof Abrasivesheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly ,etc.,complete complying with standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental officers (The rate inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel,cost of sand paper (Water proof abrsive Paper)cost of putty blade,Labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering two coats of Putty Scrapping the Putty area to the level surface smooth ,etc,complete)The Putty should be got approved by the excuetive engineer before use on work.(Based SOR 2024-25)

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance charges etc.,

Plastering in CM 1:4 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm of best quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Supply of the following PVC pipes and PVC specials etc. complete For Seewage Line and Rainwater Down Fall Pipe with necessary bend ,shoes and clamp and labour charges etc complete

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete

Painting Two Coats of OIL Bound Distember of approved colour over one Primer Coat including cost of Paint and labour charges etc complete

Painting Two Coats with exterior emulsion of approved colour over one Primer coat including cost of Paint and labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats over new iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Using anti-skid tiles (Observed Data)
