REPAIR OF VARIOUS TYPES OF STEEL FURNITURE AND ITS PAINTING AT GE RAMGARH CANTT

Chair Tubular steel with/withoutout Arms (FD-75(M) :- M & L for removal of unserviceable wooden seat from existing Chair tubular steel with/without arms and supply and welding two numbers of 20mm X 4mm MS flat Iron (450mm long) between both side of chair frame to provide base for the new frame, making two hole for screw in the newly welded flat Iron and also supply and install new seat made of 12mm this plywood of appropriate size unholstered with Rexene and 50mm thick polyurethane foam of 40 density, using 15 mm SS screws, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for removal of unserviceable wooden Back from existing Chair tubular steel with/without arms and supply and welding two numbers of 20mm X 4mm MS flat Iron (450mm long) between both side of chair frame to provide base for the new frame, making two hole for screw in the newly welded flat Iron and also supply and install new Back made of 12mm this plywood of appropriate size unholstered with Rexene and 50mm thick polyurethane foam of 40 density, using 15 mm SS screws and cover the back side of Back with Rexene after fixing Back to chair, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of Hard rubber shoes of Chair tubular steel with/without arms of any type to set of 4 Nos in one chair, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable wooden handles of Chair tubular steel with arms, with new one made out of well seasoned first class teak wood of chair tubular steel with arm to set of 02 Nos in one chair, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Chair CBA Special (FD-120R) :- M & L for replacement of existing broken/damaged leg of Chair CBA special of size 1.6mm thick 10mm square tube, 440 mm long,with new one as per drawing, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of existing broken/damaged seat of Chair CBA special duly caned with approved quality cane and exposed wooded portion, fixed in frame of chair CBA special with screws, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable wooden back of Chair CBA special duly caned with approved quality cane and exposed wooded portion, fixed in frame of chair CBA special with screws, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of existing broken/damaged hand rest and including fixing arrangemant to the frame of Chair CBA special with new 12 mm thick well seasoned first class teak wood plank hand rest, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of existing broken/damaged flat iron of Chair CBA special with new flat iron of 25x3 mm, 225 mm long (02 nos.) and detatched frame made to shape by welding , complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of square hard rubber shoe of Chair CBA special of any type to set to 04 Noes in one chair, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.
