M&L for E-board false ceiling consisting of powder coated GI wall angle, main T and cross T of 25mmX 25 mm X 1.40 mm thick grid frame work, joist, angle/ Tee as directed and mild steel wire hook not less than 6 mm dia with arrangement for adjusting height of ceiling and including provn of 4 mm thick E- Classic board in pannel of size 600X600mm with necessary off cut including taking down and refixing of Electric fitting carefully complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and appltying three coats of texture (Domasc ) finished painting with the following process the surfaces should be completely dry and free from loose particles including preparing the surface with emry paper 180 nos and wipring clean and applying one coat of primer and allow drying for 6 to 8 hours then smoothen the surface by filling dints with thin coat of acrylie wall putty after drying for 4 to 6 hours and preparing the surface with emry paper and clean and applying another coat of primer and allow drying for 6 to 8 hours and then emulsion 1 Ltr with 500 ml water and applying with brush follwed by rolling with sponge roller or filter roller, applying three coat with brush and roller with and interval of 3 to 4 hours between successive coat all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed

Providing & fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris false ceiling bending as required shape with two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer on decorated surfaces of ceiling including 26 gauge galvanished iron sheet 'C' shaped main member @750 mm C/C cross member 'U' shaped @450 mm c/c and perimeter of 'C' shaped GI wire mesh having aperture 6.5 mm with 26 gauge wire GI wire 6mm dia or more or FI 40x4mm thick for hanging arrangement with MS suspension.fastner spaced @ 450mm c/c in both direction the 'C' member shall be made out of not less than 90mm wide GI sheet strip and side tray as required of approximate size 3.5 Mtr height as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or paving lading layer 50mm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size coloured confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 20-25 mm wide expansion joints upto full depth of concrete slab (250mm) filled with preformed compressible filler board (Silfex supremen base) precut of specified depth provision of closed cell polythene back up rod 25 mm dia (minimum depth over back up rod shall be 14 - 15mm) 02 coats of priming the vertical side of joints and sealing the joints (Top 12mm with and using cold applied polyurethane sealent confirming to requrement of BS - 5212 type FB and applying masking tape on edge at joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied Sealent should have MAF minimum -+ 30% and manufacturers warrenty for 10 (ten) years complete all as per manufacturer instructions and directed complete as in repair work. Note :- (Rate included for taking out all existing filling material including cleaning preparation surfaces for filling new sealing material.)

Material and labour 8 to 15mm wide 22-25 mm deep construction joints 02 coats of priming and providing a back up rod 10mm dia and sealent with using cold applied polyurethane sealent (Top 10 mm leaving 2-3 mm recess) confirming to requrement of BS 5212 type FB and applying masking tape on edge at joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied Sealant should have MAF minimum + 30% and manufacturers warrenty for 10 (ten) years complete all as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed complete as in repair work. M&L for repair to steel window shutter, steps of ladder of Observation Post and like with necessary welding and cutting including any replacement of minor parts such as hinges, cleats etc complete all specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repairs for Vitreus China wash basin white flat back size 580x450mm including waste chain & plug but excluding taps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
