LANDSCAPING PART I

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On concrete work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) , including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge ( length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment ). ( Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge - 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Filling with contractor own earth (excluding rock) in open areas in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m. lead complete (cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Supply and stacking of Konna /Cassia fistula (Amaltash) plant of height 120-135 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of plant Arali /Nerium oleander variegated of height 60-75 cm., multi branched in earthen pots of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of Vetiver grass of required size as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of Plumeria acutifolia tall plant of height 150-165 cm. with 3-4 branches in big size HDPE bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of Plumeria singapore dwarf plant dwarf of height 90-105 cm. with 3-4 branches and thick stem in big size HDPE bags as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of Syzygium Myritifolium plant of height 30 cm to 45 cm in 20 cm size of Earthen pots / Plastic pots & as per direction of the officer-incharge

Supply and stacking of Bougainvillea (Variety Butiana, Lady Mary Baring,Varigata, Glabra Formosa, Peruviana Odissi,Refulgens) plant of height 30 cm. to 45 cm. with 2-3 branches in 20 cm size of Earthen pots / Plastic pots as per direction of the officer-incharge

Plantation of Trees at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant & water) Trees Plant

Plantation of Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable materials as per direction of officer in charge(excluding cost of plant & water) Shurbs

Providing and Fixing HDPE Tree Guard of Size not less than 1500 mm x 1200 mm and shall be suitably fixed to the ground, complete in all respect as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

LANDSCAPING PART II

Turfing lawns with fine grassing including ploughing, dressing including breaking of clods, removal of rubbish, dressing and supplying doobs grass roots at 10 cm apart, including supplying and spreading of farm yard manure at rate of 0.6 cum per 100 sqm

Planting flowering plants and shrubs in central verge

Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trench, watering, fixing the tree guard and maintaining the plants for one year

Providing and fixing MS iron tree guard 60 cm dia and 2 metre high above ground level formed of 4 Nos (25 x 6 mm) and 8 Nos (25 x 3 mm) vertical MS riveted to 3 Nos (25 x 6 mm) iron rings in two halves, bolted together with 8 mm dia and 30 mm long bolts including painting two coats with paint of approved brand over a coat of priming, complete in all respects.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 - Grading-II - Plant Mix Method

Complete healthy maintenance of the entire garden features lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, hedge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works for all seasons as directed by Engineer-in-charge ( Including cost of all material , raw water, machinery ,labour etc complete )

STREET LIGHTING INSTALLATIONS

Supplying of 9 Metres octagonal pole made of BSEN10025 Steel plate Hot dip Galvanised, Top 70mm and bottom 155mm, BasePlate 260x260x16mm, 3mm sheet thickness in single sections, 4nos foundation bolts of 750mm length and M24 Dia, 180km/s wind speed design including the following: 1. supply and fi xing of double arm bracket 1.5 m over hung made of 48.3mm OD ERW Pipe, 15 degree tilt, Hot dip Galvanised, suitable for mounting on the top of Octagonal pole for Fixing Street light Luminaires. 2. Construction of suitable size RCC foundation as per manufacturers drawing / specifications including excavation and refilling 3. Supply and fixing outdoor IP 65 SMC junction box 300x200x150 mm size with hinged type front door with allenkey locking arrangement fitted with 6A SP MCB C curve, terminal block fixing on 3 mm th laminated sheet with 2 nos heavy duty brass nut bolt and washer, wiring with 3c x 2.5 sq mm flexible copper cable un armoured through the pole including termination of incoming out going side and connecting in the Light fitting,40MM DWC pipe for cable entry and exit, etc., including conveyance charges of lamp post complete,as directed by the Engr in charge and as per the drawing attached.
