Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in wire crates,( foundation and plinth):With bond stone including cost of knitted wire crates 4mm dia including all carraiges upto the site of work complete job

Dismentaling of existing chain link fencing including sorting & stacking the dismentled items within the Masjid premises.

Dismentaling of CGI fencing including sorting including reusing of dismentaled CGI sheeting including the cost of raising of existing structural steel posts all complete job.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supply & filling, khak bajree to the specified lines including dressing , watering and consolidation to the required gradient and camber with 8-10 tonne capacity Power road roller

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing & fixing Interlock Tiles 50 mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles incld. rubbing, cleaning and curing complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), Light shade using white cement including all carriages. (Sample of Tile to be got approved from the competent authority )

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) with Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Structural steel work in tubular section,including welding cutting placing in position including applying a coat of red oxide and two or more coats of paint on new surface including all carriages complete.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in -All kinds of soil.
