Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lift as per entiresatisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in Foundations and plinthwithin all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5: Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work. & rein forcement for reinforces concrete work in :-

Foundation , footing, bases of columns and the like & mass concrete within all leads and lifts.

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts. Thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth & string courses etc. from top of found.level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring,shuttering,propping etc.height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.height of propping and centring below supporting removal of the same for in situ work in reinforced concrete & plain concrete work:-.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses,plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc.height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metrre and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- Arches upto 6 mtrs. in span within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Arches beyond 6.00 mtrs span complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5: Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work. & rein forcement for reinforces concrete work in :-

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor level within all leads and lifts.

Arches upto floor two level complete within all leads and lifts.

Providing tor /mild steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint:- In grating, framed, guards, bars, ladders, railing, brackets & similar work within all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing of trenches GMS/MS tubes (L/M Class) tube fitting ( Earth work in trenches to be measured & paid for separately). Within all leads and lifts. (flanged pipe)

Providing & fixing CI Sluice valve ( with hand wheel) as per IS: 780:1984 class -I upto 300mm dia.( i/c brass spindle & as per 2906-1984 class-II for dia. 300 mm ) complete with bolts nuts, rubbe insertion etc., ( the tail piece if required shall be measured & paid for separately). within all leads and lifts.

Constructing Chamber for sluice vsalve, with CI surface box 100 mm top dia,. 160 mm bottom dia & 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid RCC top 1:2:4 mix ( I cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) 100 mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( I cement : 5 Sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) & inside plastering with cement mortor 1:3 ( I cement : 3 Sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete . 600x600 x750 mm inside size with 150 mm thick walls of RCC 1:2:4 ( I cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) complete ith form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm centres both ways with in all leads and lifts.

Providing & fixing SFRC Man Hole cover with frame having frames size of 560 mm internal dia. Should not be less than 100 Kg within all leads and lifts.
