Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or terrazzo from brick walls of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Walling Porbandar stone masonary in CM 1:6 brought to courses, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Walling of Porbandar stone masonary class A1 well bounded and bedded in cement mortar 1:6 brought upto courses, except stone, Complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of Porbandar stone masonary surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description(Steel gates , Embedded Angles etc ) , over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premisess complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for non-skid ceramic tiles, white/coloured (of approved shade and design), 7 to 8mm thick, of superior quality, square / rectangular (area exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm) joint free, as in floors, etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colouring pigment to match shade of tiles laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles,of size 300x200x 7 to 8mm thick of superior quality fixed on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dado / risers of step etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles fixed over & including backing coat of 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, premium quality, coloured (of approved shade and design), 10mm thick, of superior quality, (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm,joint free, as in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

-Ditto as item above but vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etcincluding screed bed layer 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and rough for receiving tiles on vertical surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) machine cut, in skirting/dado steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. laid over and including 15 mm thick cement screed base plaster (1:4), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete all as specified and as directed

S & F for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc, coplete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to ISI 1161-1998 grade st-240.

S&F MS plate 6mm thick (Plain or chequred) channels, and counter sank) forming holes, with out any attachment FE-410-W (Code E - 250) Quality - B

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out hard/dense soil, and soft/disentegrated rocks and filling in and ramming with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. (Note PCC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for PCC type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) for bed blocks and similar work as specified.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete (unreinforced) complete including removing debries ouside MD land all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm tk Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection,Floor topping etc , surfaces finished of concrete flooring with brooming complete all as spd u including provision of necessary construction joints filled with bitumen filler etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L cement conc 1:4 :8 type D-2 (40mm graded agg) in foundatin filling and mass concrete.complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Sand filling under paver blocks for cushion Complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement pigment to match, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade, finished with grey cement and pigment, complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors etc all as specified and direced.

All as per above Except Interlocking tiles including filling with sand cushioning ( where ever required ) including levelled with Existing tiled surfaces Complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge ( Note :- Sand and PCC shall be paid and measured Separtely )

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound grade 'A'

Taking down and Repair to steel gate of garrage/entrance etc of size exc 3sqm by taking down and necessary welding work including welding of Hinge, Cleats, MS Plate, MS Sheets etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Welding work will be carried at site by arrangement of welding machine without any extra cost to the Government.

Taking down of steel shutter of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each including replacement of rusted and broken hinges and incl all fittings including necessary welding work and fixing in same opening after making good complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work, rendering finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing surface of newly plastered walls and applying two coats of oil bond distemper over chalk whitening preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed..

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each and removing to store all as specified.

S&F fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of three legged of cross section 90 x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thick. The laminate door frame moulded with fire retardent grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block of 2nd Class Hardwood in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fibre glass from all side M.S stay shall be provided at the bottom to sedy the frame complete as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge.

S&F 30 mm thick glass fiber reinforced plastics paneled door shutter of required colour & approved colour and manufactrures made with fire retardent grade unsaturated polister resin,moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails & styles with wooden frame & suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings along with MS tube frame of 19 gauge all around the styles & rails duly coated with steer primer cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate forpanels & conforming to IS:14856:2000 including fixing to frames. The shade & colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F 300mm long (Length of Bolt in mm) Aluminium alloy, anodised,sliding door bolt with hasp,staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed all as specified.

S&F 200mm long (Length of Bolt in mm) Aluminium anodised,barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm (Size of Handle in mm) Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type,anodised all as specified.

S&F 100mm Butt hinges(Size of hinges in mm), medium weight, cold rolled, stainless steel, and fixed all as specified.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

M&L for 16 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Alumi nium framework with screws all as specified and directed
