Material & labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Non skid ceramic tiles light coloured (square/rectangular) of size 300 X 300 mm and thickness 8 to 9 mm thick , in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for glazed ceramic tiles light coloured of size not less than 300x450 mm and thickness 7-8 mm, on vertical surfaces such, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles (Jointless) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles (Jointless) 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but n exc 0.18 on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor/wall all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc laid and bedded in any mortor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick machine cut granite of approved colour as in window sill or in platforms etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including moulding the edges half round on exposed side over and including 15 mm thick screed base in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but not exceeding 2 sqm each complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
