Supply and delivery of 1.1 KV grade XLPE/PVC insulated Al. armoured cable (Make: RR/Gloster/Polycab) 4 core 25 sq. mm (VTPN DB to HTPN DB)

2 core 6 sq. mm (For flood lights & glow sign boards)

Laying of 4 core 25 sq. mm cable after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl. embedding the cable at an average depth of 75 mm and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish.

Laying of 2 core 6 sq. mm Al. armoured cable on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot dip) wire, making holes etc. as necessary, mending good damages and painting.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC Al armoured cables as below. 4 core 25 sq. mm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Make: Dowels), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. 4 core 25 sq. mm

Supplying & drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed Cu wire (Make: Finolex/RR Kabel/Polycab) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necessary connections as required. 2 x 84/0.3 (6 sq. mm) + 1 x 56/0.3 (4 sq. mm) as ECC. (HTPN DB to SPN DB)

2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sq. mm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sq. mm) ECC. (HTPN DB to 20 A power point)

3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sq. mm) (SPN DB to switch board)

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc. including supplying sockets, tapes. 2.5 sq. mm

Cutting Channel of size (40 mm x 40 mm) on masonry wall by Electric operated cutting machine incl. supplying & fixing heavy gauge 19 mm, 3 mm thick Polythene pipe by means of anchoring chemical (Hilti/Sika) and GI 'U' hooks of 8 SWG incl. supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI wire as Fish wire and mending good damages to original finish by using own tools and tackles. 19 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe without earth continuity wire.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Finolex/Polycab/RR) partly in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) [for ceiling portion only] and in 19mm bore, 3mm thick polythene pipe [for horizontal & vertical run embedded in wall], with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Piano Key type switch fixed on MS CRC sheet metal (16 SWG) switch board on wall complete with 2 no. “Ph & N” copper bar incl. bakelite/ Perspex top cover 3 mm thick and incl. 175x100x65mm inspection box, making earthing attachment, painting the MS box and mending good the damages to original finish [only PVC Rigid Conduit on ceiling and remaining portion concealed] Average Run 8 mtr.

Supply and delivery of Single LED Fitting (20Watt, 230VAC, 50hZ, 4000K NW, THD<10%, bult in 2.5KV SPD) with all accessories and 1 nos LED Tube.[Make: Philips(TMC 502 1xT-LED 22W,Mas LEDTube 1200mm 18W865 T8 I – 2100lm) or Crompton/Wipro].

Supply and Delivery of single LED tube light (20Watt, 230VAC, 50hZ, 4000K NW, THD<10%, bult in 2.5KV SPD). (Make: Philips, Type: Mas LEDTube 1200mm 18W865 T8 I – 2100lm or equivalent make of Crompton/Wipro).

Fixing only single LED tube light fitting suspended 25 cm below the ceiling with 2 nos. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S & F EI conduit, “L” type (125 x 125) mm, 6 mm thick and 25 mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2 x 24/0.20 mm (1.5 sq. mm) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mtr. length.

Fixing only single tube light fitting complete with all accessories directly on wall/ceiling/HW round block and suitable size of MS fastener.

Extra for suspension exceeding 25 cm with S & F additional 02 nos. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports & necessary PVC insulated wire and painting etc. as required by 2 x 24/0.20 mm (1.5sq. mm) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mtr. length.

Supply and Delivery of 240V, 1-Ph, 1200 mm sweep AC ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush, down rod, safety wire, P2 type capacitor etc. (Crompton High Speed/ Orient New Breeze).

Fixing only 1200 mm sweep AC ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush, down rod, safety wire, S3 capacitor etc. incl. S & F connecting wire for down rod upto 30 cm incl. painting the rod with approved paint and making necessary connection as required by 2 x 1.5 sqmm flexible copper wire.

Extra for supplying additional wire for down rod & painting the rod exceeding 30 cm by 2 x 1.5 sq. mm flexible copper wire.

Supplying & fixing MS fan clamp of two piece type for RC ceiling as per approved specification, fabricated from 40 mm x 9 mm MS flat including making good damages to building roof with satisfactory finishing and painting. (As per Drawing no. 475 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991)

Supply & fixing socket type fan regulator (Step type) (Make: Anchor) on existing sheet metal switch board with bakelite/perspex top cover by screw after making housing for regulator knob by cutting bakelite/perspex top cover incl. making necy. connections etc.

Supply and Delivery of 250W LED Flood light luminaire with 10 KV SPD, THD<10%, PF> 0.95 BIS approved silicon filled potted driver, minimum LPW: 110 lumen/watt suitable for use with 230 Volt, 50Hz. (Philips/Crompton/Wipro).

Fixing only flood light fittings on top of masonary structure by 3 nos. 10 mm dia x 87 mm long rag bolts, nuts & double washers complete either 37 mm x 10 mm MS flat support or by other means as required.

Supply and fixing of LED Signboard with steel/ Acrilyc letters on ACP Board as such LED fixed inside the steel / Acrilyc letters on ACP board, the main structure board (Preferable size- 12' x 4' x 3"/4" or other suitable size to accommodate all the matters/contents as approved by the authority) to be made with 25 x25 x4 mm MS angle iron, 18 SWG square/ round hollow bar, Base plate (10 mm thickness) required for fixing the necy. nos. nuts, bolts, washers, supporting angle iron, Clamp etc. and ACP sheet on all sides to be moulded uniformly of the board to be provided. actual Letter contents/Govt. LOGO/actual etc. sign will be executed as per approval of the authority.) Overall size of LED sign ACP board will have to be in the shape to accommodate all the letter contents/signs as approved by the Authority. Steel letters and front side Acrilyc cover on ACP board, Thickness : 05 mm (Make: samsang / ISI Approved). Letter : Size of 8"/ 9" / 12", Colour : white / red/ blue. LED : necessary module wattage, life-100000 burning hours, double / triple line to be fixed in the Acrilyc letters on ACP board (make: Samsung / ISI Approved). Necessary Electronic Diver / power supply device to be fixed in the ACP or suitable places. Intensity : Same & smooth uniform throughout without any dark patch. Visibility : upto 250 meters for normal eyes. Suitable coper wire laying through PVC rigid or flexible pipe & terminal connection as per direction of the EIC. (2 nos.)

Supplying & fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box of size (200 x 150 x 100) mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V, 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for 2 core 6 sq. mm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug on steel tubular pole near base including S & F (40 x 6) mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anti corrosive paint. (For 05 nos. flood lights & 02 nos. glow sign boards)
