Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for foundation/ laying of pipes etc and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance exc. 1.50 Km but not exc. 5.0 Km and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

Removing the excavation soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for use and waste off form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter with rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M 30 (Design mix) in walls, retaining walls, basement walls any thickness above footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge .

M&L for use and waste off form work to face of walls, retaining walls, abutment, similar work, vertical or batter with rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints in trenches/floor for forming weep holes all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Demolition/Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition/Dismantling of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exc 63mm Broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary formwork etc as in coping complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Screed bed or bedding layer of 1:4 cement mortar 20 mm thick for laying precast drain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

S & F Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railing, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly and covered with geo textile all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: M&L for geo textile shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and install Vertical submerisble dewatering/Sewage cutter pump three phase 0.75KW/1.0HP with 50mm delivery suitable for 6 to 12 mtr head and 120 to 300 LPM discharge,and with required flexible copper cable from control panel to motor inclduing following (a) Lifting arrangements of each pump having stainless steel chain as required at site fixed at the top of pump pit with SS hook fixed on the top of slab of pump pit (b) Liquid level sensor and control fully automatic operation of pump set ( cut off arrangement with cable till control panel) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC of size 50mm dia pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia with light grade GI pipe of required length as per site, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point including earth work, excavation, PCC pit and cover (1:2:4 type B1) and funnel with light grade GI pipe, with necessary charcoal, salt etc.,complete all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR part -1 including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F 4 way SPN DB double door type suitable for fixing (and including) MCB 16A, 415V, 4 pole 'C' curve 16KA breaking capacity, wall mounted for connection to existing LT panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25sqmm 3.5 core including road cutting wherever necessary and restore the road surface by refilling and concreting the cut off portion for laying cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply,spreading and levelling clean riddle sand in trenches all as specified for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for demolition/cutting of road/concrete pavings (for cable laying) and refilling the cut surface (after the cable is laid) with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 and making good the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for steel tubing 50mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings laid under trenches / road cuttings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for circular LT cable route markers 100mm dia made of cast iron complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250 x 150 x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.
