Taking down of old unserviceable LT panel including foundation after disconnecting of all elecrical connection complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing LT Panel Board of minimum size 1.8Mtr(height) x1.5Mtr (breath) x 0.4 Mtr (depth) factory made, weather, dust & vermin proof outdoor cubical compartmental type, Double door, front and back side openable, with providing rubber/PVC gasket of suitable size all sides of door, with Aluminium busbar wrapped with PVC tape/sleeves with maintained the colour code and Aluminium strip busbar of suitable size to MCCB input and MCCB output of suitable length for connection of cable from main busbar, made out of 2.00 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet with 40 x 40 x 6mm size angle iron supporting frame and MC 75 channel base including applying two coats of Powder coated paint over exposed external & internal surfaces suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade including complete connections of all outgoing / incomming existing cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches outside the substation building inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size of lugs and cable gland forall cable terminal connections of cables and fixed with suitable size nuts and botls of size as directed and embedded in PCC foundation of size as required in cement mortar 1:6 and plastering the same in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed comprising of the following fitment accessories :- Busbar (a) Aluminium busbar of capacity 400Amps wrapped with PVC sleeves having with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with brass nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 nos. Material and labour for repair to any type of existing LT Panel board (indoor/ outdoor) with cutting necessary rusted portion of MS Sheet Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment with riveted, bolted or welded attachment providing MS Sheet of 2mm/3/15 mm of existing size and hinges to broken doors etc fixed with welding complete all as directed.

Material and labour for repair to any type of LT Panel board with Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc fixed with welding complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing surface of Feeder pillar box /Junction Box/LT Panel and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 150 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc including taking down existing UG cable complete as specified and as directed. (NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A' part).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including, spreading, levilling,watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distence not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for under ground cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay for sub class B brick for protaction of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only bricks obtained from taking down UG cable here in before with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for horizontal boring across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting 80 mm bore GI pipe all complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- GI pipe will be measured and paid respective item of sch'A').

M&L 80 mm bore steel tubing light grade ISI marked for protection of cable including necessary joints complete all as specified and as directed.Make: Tata/Jindal/Bansal

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised 25x4 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 32mm bore (light grade) for poles/lightening arrestors/GO Switch/transformer/ panel including connecting to HToverhead lines all as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm diameter MS bar finnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Strip 32x6 mm burried in an underground/ fixing along wall/ roof etc including with insulators, screw, saddle, for roof conductor /down conductor and connecting with test point properly on existing Accn incl dismantling and taking down unsv one complete all as specified and directed
