Taking down of AC ceiling / exhaust fan of any sweep & any height and opening the fan and oiling, greasing and replacement of unserviceable accessories and servicing, complete overhauling and re-assembling and testing complete for efficient functioning and hanging it back in position including provn of 0.5 Sqmm copper flexible twin twisted cable (length not exceeding 0.5 metre) from ceiling rose to fan, providing new nut bolts, split lock pin, rubber bush for hanging celing fan as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing Geyser of any size and make upto 25 ltrs carefully, by diconnecting electrical and water pipe line connection and deposite at MES Yard/store for refixing.

Refixing of existing Geyser 25 ltrs as taking down under above item by making all electrical connection and water pipe line connection complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire 4 mm dia as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note : Unit rate of earthing deemed to be included with GI wire 4 mm, GI pipe light grade protection pipe 15 mm up to 7.5 RM)

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
