Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints , hacking for key scrubbing down with water all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in CM or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches , pillar,drain etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) incl tiles and screed all as directed.

Material and labour brick work built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size bricks) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour brick work built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Except bricks) complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note- The serviceable bricks obtained from Serial item No- 2.00 will be reused after removing mortar, cleaning the bricks with water, etc.)

M&L PCC in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic & other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate

M&L PCC in surface channels and drains type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour 15mm thick rendering on surface of any description of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour rough cast plaster over and including 10mm thick base rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed withWPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a one coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L PCC in sub base, foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (50% grey and 50% coloured) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 50 mm sand cushion all as directed.

M&L in repair Precast cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate Set in CM(1:4) louvres and jallies, 50mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion & making good disturbed ground embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. for fixing of new fencing post complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified.

Dismantling chain link fencing/ barbed wire fencing of any description complete all as specified.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs/ lining of raw water tank complete all as specified.

Earth filling under floor including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete including excavation of earth inside the premises all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for broken stone hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed and flush pointed in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified.

Description all as per ser item No. 24.00 above but except tiles, complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel round bars Fe-410-W(Gde. E-250) quality-A or Fe 290(Gde-E-165) for securing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled & countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embeding in concrete & screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at cross with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc all as specified and directed. (Each line to be measured separately)

M&L mild steel work for securing of chain link fencing and similar small articles etc confirming to IS-15911 all as specified and directed.

S & F MS screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end, screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal / square nuts all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing chain link fencing 4mm dia bar and mesh size 100x100mm complete including line wires of any mesh size and to any type of standards , rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No. 32.00 above but not exceeding 10cm wide or girth.

M&L Preparing surface of wood & wood based materials, steel & iron work, new or old & treated with tar or coal tar black paint, area tarred exc 0.1 sqm. but n exc 0.5 sqm each, treating ends of posts, backs of chowkats, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F frame work for ornamental, framed and hung gate including pintel hinges, stops, sliding bolts etc riverted or forgoed into spikes , framed guard bars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 88800.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit (REVISED) mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
