Providing Quality Supervision Consultancy Services as 3rd Party (third party) inspectors for materials and all nature Developmental works taken of under various schemes of implemented by PRE Bangalore Urban Division-2026-27

The Agency should have minimum 10 years of experience in quality monitoring/ supervision of works in Government/Semi Government Organizations. 1) Experience -20 years & above -10 marks 2) Experience -15 years & above-7 marks 3) Experience -10 years & above-5 marks

Minimum of one assignment is a pre-requisite for Qualifcation. The consultant should submit certifcate only for the consultancy fees received not project cost. (Project cost will not be considered). The Consultant must have executed assignments of similar nature with the cumulative consultancy (inspection) fees received not less than Rs.46.50 lakhs in last 5 year with minimum 300 works inspection( 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26) 2 nos of assignments Each assignments - 05 marks

The agency shall be an Indian company/ firm (It must be registered under particular act (GOI/GOK). Also agency should have valid ISO 9001 : 2015 certificate

The Key professional staff shall be as detailed below- 1) Team Leader - 1 No (Master Graduate - Minimum 12 Year experience) 7 Marks, 2) Senior Engineer - 1 No (Graduate - Minimum 10Year experience) - 5 Marks, 3) Site Engineer - 7 Nos (Graduate - Minimum 3Year experience or Diploma with - 5 Years Experience) - 3 Marks.

The Agency should have successfully completed at least one similar kind of Consultancy services of value not less than Rs.93.00 Cr (Project Cost) in Supervision and Quality assurance for Construction of Roads, Drains, U.G.D, Buildings & Electrical installations, Mechanical Equipments like pumps, motors, etc., in last 5 years (2021-22 to 2025-26) in Government/ Semi Government organizations. Number of assignments 1 - 30 marks, Number of more than 1 assignments - 35 marks

Agency should have his own fully equipped National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratory (NABL)/AICTE approved laboratory testing, Quality assurance of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical application usage materials, in Karnataka State only. fully equipped National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration OWN Laboratory (NABL)- 13 Marks. AICTE approved laboratory - 8 Marks.

The agency shall have his own fully equipped Quality Analysis Mobile Laboratory for site inspection for Quality assurance of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical application usage materials at work site. Mobile Laboratory vehicle and document for the same should be submitted along with photo should be uploaded. Fully equipped laboratory equipements/ machineries along with vehicle all should be appear in the uploaded photo.

Annual turnover of the consulting firm shall be not less than Rs.150.00 lakhs in the last 5 Financial years. Financial turnover certificate. Copies of Income Tax Returns for the last Five Financial Years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by the Charted Account.
