Construction of Community hall (Type II) at Seelnayakanpatti Village in Thirunellipatti Panchayat. Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting soils such as hard stiff clay ordinary gravel etc., with intial lead and lift asper SS 20 B including shoring baling out water where necessary etc. complete

Collection and supply of M sand and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the siteand all labour charges for filling cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour chargeS etc., complete

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for filling etc.complete

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges. etc., complete

Supplying and erecting centering shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for R C C column footing column plinth beam, beams, roof slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 guage stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country) wood) scantlings of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced of about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers including conveyance of all materials to site and proper centering etc complete.( Below Ground Level )

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply ing and appl ying of two coats of p utty of 3 mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. Tt shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even s urface. Any uneven ness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat 1 of putty alter 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof a bra sive s heet) th e same arte r it is dry and finishing thc surfa ce sm oot hIy, etc.,

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with Colour Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard.

Paving floor with Anti skid tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:3, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Paving floor with Vitrified tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:3, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required all charges etc., complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete

Painting two coats over iron works such as doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. ( The paint should be got approved by the Departmental officer before use on works).

Provideing and laying Tactile Flooring in the specified area including cost and conveyance of all materials including all labour charges etc complete.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.m (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box in flush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point/fan point(for electronic regulator) - S.D.No: 20

The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.
