Quality Manual,Quality Assurance Procedures/ Quality System Procedures/ SoPs for Quality & Technical Management Instrument Operating Procedure, Standard Operating Procedure, etc Preparation and coding of Laboratory Specific Formats
Awareness Training program on ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 (Latest Version), NABL accreditation, understanding of each clause including technical aspects as per the desired scope of the CMVR test laboratory, awareness on ILC/ PT/ APLAC and Measurement Uncertainty (MU).
Generation of all the records in the laboratory including technical records like history cards, IQC and ILC plans , and list of master equipment, list of documents and so on as required by relevant NABL codes.
Organising Internal Quality Audit (IQA) of the laboratory in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and Management Review (MR) meeting
Filling of Application to NABL. Finalization of the scope for accreditation with Measurement Uncertainty, Preparing all relevant documents as per relevant NABL guidelines to apply for NABL accreditation and filing of on- line application to NABL for accreditation through NABL portal.
Final Review and Mock Assessment to review the preparedness of the laboratory for final assessment.
Support for closing the non conformities (NCs) raised during Quality Manual Adequacy Audit and Final Assessment of the laboratory and any comments from the NABL Accreditation Committee.
Shall extend support in calibration of instruments from NABL accredited labs
