Name of Work: Providing gardening maintenance and upkeep services at Siliguri Divisional Office ,Matigara-734010 and COCO Matigara for a period one year and further extendable by 2 years on yearly basis based on mutual consent, subject to satisfactory performance of the contractor at the same rate , terms and conditions.

Tender Ref. No: SDO/ADM/GRDN/2019-20/LT Important Notes: 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid.Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format. 2.
