Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in surface channel/drains and in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L 10mm thick coloured paver tiles (Endura Tiles) of size 300 x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cment slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :4 ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, ISI marked of 60 mm thickness, grade M-35 with grey cement and pigments over and including a layer of sand cushioning, 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed rubber moulded precast coloured concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, ISI marked of 80 mm thickness, grade M-40 with grey cement and pigments over and including a layer of sand cushioning, 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L broken stone hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, manholes etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in mud stops, bed blocks, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain including form work whereever required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section , including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground (posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masony, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of barbed wire fencing of any type/size and in any position, neatly coiled and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick ,watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing made from 3mm to 4mm dia mild steel galvanised wire having mesh size 100mm x 100mm/100mm x 50mm or as directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L mild steel work in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over ,cut to length, bent to shape, hooking ends for tying chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 5-10mm dia of shank mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5 cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, grills and stiffner for securing chain link fencing including nuts, bolts etc but excluding framed trusses etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rolled mild steel framed work as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging ,door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-410-(Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L mild steel framed work such as in ornamental and intricate design grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders,walk ways, railings conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 16 to 18 mm thick granite black jet colour (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

M & L preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise dscribed, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, not exceeding 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down loose plaster from ceiling of slab, edges and soffit of chajjas and the like, cleaning surface with wire brush to remove all dust/dirt/loose particles to expose old steel reinforcement, applying neat cement slurry@ 3Kg per sqm and 30mm thick (in two layers , each layer 15mm thick) plaster in cement mortar 1:3 not exc 5 sqm each patch including removal of rubbish/demolished material to a distance exceeding 250mtr and not exc 500mtr , including scaffolding upto 3m height and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge .

Taking down loose plaster from ceiling of slab, edges and soffit of chajjas and the like, cleaning surface with wire brush to remove all dust/dirt/loose particles to expose old steel reinforcement, applying neat cement slurry@ 3Kg per sqm and 30mm thick (in two layers , each layer 15mm thick) plaster in cement mortar 1:3 not exc 3 sqm each patch including removal of rubbish/demolished material to a distance exceeding 250mtr and not exc 500mtr , including scaffolding up to 3m height and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge .

M & L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un--plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coats of white lime wash over prepared surfaces of the walls pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un--plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint over prepared surfaces of the walls pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old decorated wooden Surfaces, and applying one coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) on wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in charge .

M&L preparation old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and finishing with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
