SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [B/R Works]: Dismantling of Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling of any description including Cement Mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing rubbish / debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5.0 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors / levelling course for tiling and finishing the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of Premium quality area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 icomplete all as specified and directed. Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE. [b] The tile joint shall be kept as 3mm using tile spacers and masking tape shall be provided before applying of the epoxy grout and the surplus grout materials shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately.

M & L for coloured joint free Non skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of Premium quality area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 icomplete all as specified and directed. Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE. [b] The tile joint shall be kept as 3mm using tile spacers and masking tape shall be provided before applying of the epoxy grout and the surplus grout materials shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately.

M & L for coloured joint free Glazed Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of Premium quality, Edge cut, Concept type of isze 300mm x 450mm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious tiling joint filler to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Notes: [a] The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M&L for providing roof cooling ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 mm, 7 to 8 mm thick, SRI value more than 90 conforming to IS 15622, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed flush with high performance polymer modified cementitious non slip tile adhesive and the grout shall be thoroughly cleaned immediately including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. [Notes: The colour/ shade/ design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.]

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc including removing rubbish / debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5.0 Km complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 18mm to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. [Notes: [a] Single stone slab shall be used for entire Width and Length of Steps, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. [b] The edges of treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. [c] The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three numbers of grooves.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing Precast RCC 1:1.5:3, Type A-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Fins, facias, louvers, chajjas, cooking platform, shelves, parapets and railings exc 60cm in height and the like including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of 6 to 8mm dia, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of steel formwork to Fins, facias, louvers, chajjas, cooking platform, shelves, parapets, railings and similar work for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion CHLOROPYRIFOS 20 EC at 1% concentration at 2.25 litres per linear running metre including drilling and plugging holes with cement mortar (1:2) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing and injecting emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment under existing floors using emulsion CHLOROPHYRIFOS 20 EC at 1% concentration at the rate of one litre per each hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar (1:2) to match the existing floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction anti-termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion CHLOROPYRIFOS 20 EC at 1% concentration at the rate of 0.5 litre per each hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 Degree at 150mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of 20mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed in walls / ceiling or laying in floors including taking down old GI tubing of 15mm dia complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Quoted rate is deemed to include for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 wherever required as per site condition]

Dismantling mild steel structural steel work of any description from any position complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down, brushing and applying One coat of white wash complete all as spcified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directetd.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment of any description on wall surfaces by using vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails and applying two coats of Acrylic Washable Distemper by using auto roller/ airless sprayer over one coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces over Cement based Wall Care Putty of suitable thickness by using multipurpose mixture for proper mixing of putty and putty sprayer for application of putty including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The contractor shall carryout Distempering & allied works under subject work through the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer only. The lowest bidder shall submit MoU from manufacturer to provide technical support and trained persons for carrying out Distempering & allied works through their authorised applicators before commencement of the work to GE for approval.
