Supply, carriage and erection of 7m long hot dipped galvanized pole of octagonal cross-section continuously tapered made out from high tensile steel of minimum thickness 3mm complete with the base plate of minimum size 200mm x 200mm x 12mm alongwith inbuilt lockable in box operated with single key with connectors of Elmax make for the cable termination and two or three terminals and one no. 6A SP MCB for each luminaire. The diameter across from the dimensions of the base and top should be minimum 130mm and 70mm A/F (Across face). There should be no any circumferential welding on pole. The panel should be complete as per the drawing and includes all internal wiring with PVC copper cable of requisite size complete with name plates of each feeder, danger plate, solid bus connections, cable alleys, busbar chamber etc. including cost of LT CT electronic three phase energy meter with their CTs and all connections. and other petty material The panel will be powder coated after chemical treatment. The degree of protection panel should be IP54 and should be extendable on both sides. Supply and erection silent genset 160KVA for 415V 3phase A/C supply complete with Engine water cooled turbochared afted cooled complete with alternator, control panel, accoustic enclosure, exhust pipe upto required height including its insulation, fuel tank and battery charger with battery complete in all respect. The accoustic enclosure should be able to reduce the sound level to 70-75db at a distance of 3m. The enclosure should be anti-corrosive duly powder coated / Epoxy paint and have enough space to house panel and fuel tank inside it include cost of panel and fuel tank. The cost of first filling of fuel in the tank and fuel used in testing is also included in it. The job also includes S/E/T/C of Automatic Main Failure Panel suitable for 160 KVA DG set fabricated out of CRCA steel 14/16 SWG sheet totally enclosed dust, damp and vermin proof, free standing, floor mounted type and front operated with antivibrating pads. The panel structure shall be of cubical from in suitbale sections, with sheet steel work. All doors and joints will be suitable gasketed to form dust and vermin proof. The panel would be powder coatd to minimum thickness of 50 microns. The cubical will have stove enameled paint finished after elaborate pre-treatments to form a long lasting characteristic. Supply, fabrication and carriage of cubical type panel compartmentalized fabricated out of 14G CRCA sheet with internal member of 16G complete with erection of incoming and outgoing switchgear, supply and erection of busbars meters, indicators, cable end boxes as required. The panel shall be either floor standing type or wall mounted as per drawing and site. The panel shall be totally enclosed dust and vermin proof construction with square sections rubber gaskets.
