Transportation of LT Cable of size 3.5 core 400 sqmm from the store yard of CMD to the site at PG Shed lab by engaging a suitable Hydra

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC / Hume / Metal Pipe as required.

Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supply and Making straight through Joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferruls and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

e) Vacant feeders suitable for 160 A MCCB - 03 Nos

f ) 15 A switch socket assembly -01 No

g ) Door switch with indication and LED tube light fitting with control MCB -04 Nos.

h) Digital metering with MFM + SPD with Control MCB -01 set

i) On / Off/ trip indications on all incoming & outgoing feeder MCCB's- 11 sets

SITC of Add On MCCB in the existing LT Panel at 4 pole structure including add on bus bar and replacement of Indication lamps and push buttons etc all as described below.

a) Supply ,fix install , test and commissioning of 1600A 4P MDO ACB (in the existing LT panel Board) as a BUSCOUPLER - 01 No

b) SITC for the extension of Aluminum Busbar ACB (for incoming and out going links ) with support Busbar Insulators, Hardware etc.all as required at site. -01 Job

c ) SITC of an add on vertical bus bar of size 50mm x 10 mm of length 1800 mm for three phases (RYB) with Busbar Insulators & Hardware in the existing LT panle board -01 Job.

d ) SITC of an add on vertical bus bar of size 50mm x 06 mm of length 1800 mm for Neutral with Busbar Insulators & Hardware- 01 Job.

e ) Replacement of all locking arrangements including door /shutter Gasket in the existing LT panel Board - 03 Panels.

f ) Replacement of Non-working indicating lamps and push buttons in the existing LT panel Board - 03 Panels.

g ) Indication Lamps RED, YELLOW -40 Nos

h ) Indication Lamps BLUE -05 Nos

i) ILLU. PUSH BUTTONS (RED & GREEN) with NO & NCs -20 Nos

Supply and Replacement of Extended rotary Mechanism/ Handles suitable for 400A MCCB including closing of portion of door by providing MS/GI sheet of suitable sheet Make : Legrand.

Supply and Replacement of Extended rotary Mechanism/ Handles suitable for 125/160A MCCB Make : Legrand.

Scrubbing by Iron brush , removing rust from the surface and making the surface smooth and cleaning the dust particles by blowing air with the help of a blower and painting the surface with two coats of Siemens grey water proof on the surface of the Outdoor LT distribution Panel boards all as required at site. Make of the paint: Berger-Duco: Location: 4 pole structure at MRS ( External / Outer side only )

Scrubbing by Iron brush , removing rust from the surface and making the surface smooth and cleaning the dust particles by blowing air with the help of a blower and painting the surface with two coats of Siemens grey water proof on the surface of the Outdoor type panel board all as required at site. NOTE for item No.5, 6 and 7 : writing the details of all incoming and outgoing feeders on the outer sheet of the panel board with white radium paint for indication is inclusive of the Job

Earthing with GI Earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip at 0.5meter below ground as strip earth electrode including connection termination with GI nut bolt spring washer etc as required ( Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of GI nut bolt & sprig washer spaced at 50 mm )
