Operation of multiple passenger lifts installed at various building in two shifts (each of 8 hours) per day in all working days including Sunday and holidays by deputing one lift operator (Semi skilled) per shift including maintenance & cleaning in lifts as required, taking care of lifts from pilferage, theft, damage and reporting immediately breakdown of lifts to the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. (g) Lift MAP Offr Ors Qtrs Block No 29 to 33 Note : (i) The min educational qualification for the person deployed as lift attendant be 10th pass and min two year working experience in relevant field. (ii) He should be sound knowledge or operation of lifts, function of various parts, controller unit for starting, stopping and running of lift, rescue operation for safety in case of power failure or in any emergency. (iii) He should be responsible for cleanliness of lift car, lift well / shaft and Machine room, regular examination of lifts, including necessary adjustment, greasing and oiling so as to keep the equipment in proper operation and recording reading as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) He should be ability of tracing / diagnosis the electrical fault and shall be responsible to attend and rectify the electrical complaint of internal and external nature. (v) Staff deployed should wear duty uniform of Grey colour full pant and full sleeves shirt with name plate during duty hours. (vi) Rate quoted by the tenderer for their schedule should not be less than the rates assessed by the department which is inclusive of minimum wages, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Labour Welfare cess, GST. Any other statutory payment, additional taxes / cess, overhead charges, profit etc not included in the rate assessed by the department to be borne and to be quoted by the bidder accordingly. In case rate quoted by the bidder is found less than the rate assessed by the department, such bid will be treated as Non-Bonafide and shall summarily be rejected. No claim shall what so ever shall be entertained in this aspect at later stage. (vii) If any operator found absent from duty in any shift the recovery will be made for that shift at double the rates quoted by the contractor (viii) The payment to the workers employed by the contractor shall be deposited in their respective aadhar link bank account in every month. The copy of bank statement alongwith receipt of EPF & ESI shall also to be submitted to Engr-in-Charge in every month which will be the part of RAR/FB. No payment will be released unless the same will be produced.
