The bidder should be a registered Agency, firm, Company with P.F, ESI, IT, service Tax and with contract Licenses as applicable etc from Labor department, ISO 9001-2008 Certificate

Details of the Registration with Labor Department for having at least 10 personnel copy to be submitted in Form C only

Bankers Certificate for Rs.5.54 Lakhs issued by the Nationalized Bank-scheduled Bank Copy to be enclosed

Valid GST Registration Certifcate

The bidder shall have the financial annual turnover in at least one financial year in the preceding five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25), two times Rs.36.95 lakhs (given in the above). The audited balance-sheet certified by a Chartered Accountant shall be submitted as a proof of the turn-over

Last 3 Years IT Returns Copies From 2022-23 to 2024-25

The bidders should not be a defaulter or a black listed firm in respect of any tender or contract in any of the Government departments, authorities, PSUs or companies see clause ii. The bidder should be furnished Rs.100 non judicial stamp paper certified by the notary to be submitted stating that the entity has not been black listed by any Government and non Governmental departments.
