RequiredThe bidder shall be a registered Manufacturer/Printing Press/Authorized Dealer/Authorized Distributor engaged in printing works and shall submit valid Firm Registration documents along with the bid.

RequiredThe bidder shall possess valid GST Registration, PAN Card and submit copies of all applicable statutory registrations along with the Technical Bid.

RequiredThe bidder shall submit a duly signed Declaration of Tenderer in the prescribed format enclosed as Annexure-I, accepting all terms and conditions of the tender without any deviation.

RequiredThe bidder shall furnish details of any arbitration or litigation during the last three years in the prescribed format enclosed as Annexure-II. If there are no such cases, a ?Nil? certificate shall be submitted.

RequiredThe bidder shall submit complete organization details, infrastructure, branch offices, contact information, and manufacturer/authorized dealer status in the prescribed format enclosed as Annexure-III.

RequiredThe bidder shall furnish details of similar materials supplied, work orders, completion certificates and ongoing works in the prescribed format enclosed as Annexure-IV, along with documentary proof.

RequiredThe bidder shall submit unconditional acceptance of the specifications and confirm compliance with the required technical specifications as prescribed in Annexure-V.

RequiredThe bidder shall submit all mandatory documents as per Annexure-VI (Checklist), including EMD proof, Bid Processing Fee, Firm Registration, GST, PAN, Turnover Certificate, Annexures I to V, and the Financial Bid (Annexure-VII). Incomplete bids or bids without the required documents shall be summarily rejected.

RequiredThe bidder shall have an average annual turnover of not less than 50.00 Lakhs during the last three financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26), duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, along with audited financial statements.

RequiredThe bidder shall have a minimum of 03 years experience in printing and supply of similar materials and shall have successfully executed at least 02 similar works for Government Departments/PSUs/Urban Local Bodies during the last three years. Documentary evidence shall be submitted in Annexure-IV (Evidence of Experience).
