Repair and Maintenance of R.W Sub Division Office at Nimapara for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12 mm thick Cement Plaster in C.M. (1:6) using good coarse river Sand of approved quality finished smooth over Brick Masonary after racking out joints including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of materials all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper over a coat of priming of approved shade on work to give an even shade including cost of distemper and cost of all materials, labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats to walls with weather coat paint over a coat of priming of approved shade with cost of paint including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work 2 coats including cost of all materials, labour required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing in position MS grills made up of 6mm thick MS flat,MS angle in periphery with ornamental design if necessary including cost of all materials,labour,T& P required for the work finished in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil including dressing and levelling the bed up to the required depth & removing the excavated earth & depositing the same away from the work site within initial lead of 50 mtr & initial lift of 1.5 mtr, including cost of labour T&P articles required for the work including shoring, shuttering, propping & dewatering if required, etc. complete in all respect as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand, well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 15cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm. Size black hard hand broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry using ordinary Portland cement (OPC), screened and washed sharp sand for mortar including lowering, laying and compacting concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm.thick, watering and curing, including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, all labour sundries and T&P required for the work, including shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required including hire and running charges of all machineries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength,60 MM thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey colour & pattern over compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embeding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturers specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint wood/ Iron work including cost conveyance, taxes of all materials to site and all labour charges required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge..
