Material and labour for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and removing n exc 50 metres and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying and compacting 75mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) grading as per Table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for road and Bridge works, 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced wet mix macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud existing grass on road etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaning surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dust and applying a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) applied at rhe rate of 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm heated on requisite temperature by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, exiating grass on road etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaning surface with air compressor to remove all loose dust and applying a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) applied at rhe rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm heated on requisite temperature by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for laying premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using graded crushed stone aggregate, grading 2 with nominal aggregate size 19mm, mixed with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 mixed at the rate of 4% by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed .( Note-Mix will be prepared in Mix Plant of suitable capacity)

Material and labour for laying of bituminous premixed Semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with coarse aggregate of grading 1 as per MORTH specification in single layer using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 mixed at the rate of 5.50% by weight of total mix as per design mix including supply and mixing of filler (OPC Cement) laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power vibratory road roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hot applied thermoplasatic road marking paint inclusive type-I reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-3,800-4 of MORT&H applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.0mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type-II @250gms per sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC-35, with traffic diversion arrangements if required complete as per MORTH specification clause 803.4 complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-renforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removal of rubbish material complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and all as specified.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 Kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 Kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or more as in Path/Hardstanding & alternate panel including power floater concrete machine vibrater with sealing compound etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Cement conrete shall be laid to both sides slope in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 12 mm wide shall be provided along the length and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick slab and forming 12 mm thick expansion/construction joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed. By Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing metal tubular delinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.
