Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, sand, silt, clay, gravel, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles all types of conglomerates, laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock or weathered rock, fissured/shattered, decomposed rock and such material either in full or in parts, as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted incl. chiseling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all condition such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including setting out construction of shoring, strutting and bracing, removal of stump and other deleterious matter, providing barricading, danger lighting and gaurding, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas with all leads and all lifts etc complete as per specification and drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Supplying jamba wooden bally piles 150mm mean diameter cut to a length required (not exceeding 9 metres ) and planted in position ready for driving: a) Upto 2.50m long pile

Driving down wooden piles of 150mm diameter either in vertical or battered work to approved lines and level through various strata including arranging all the appliances necessary for pile driving complete at site (portion in ground only to be measured)a)Upto 2.50m long pile

Centering and shuttering including struttings, propping etc. and removal of formwork for a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) a) All works upto plinth level.

Providing TMT steel reinforcement bars of (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG, JSW Steel Ltd.) ) (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work (conforming to I.S. 1786 of 1986) including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Providing and fixing 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bar drawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc. all complete including white wash washing of rail posts etc. all complete.

Providing and and laying antiskid floor tiles 12 x 12 upto 16 x 16 in of Johnson, Somany, Kajaria (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in shades as specified laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete a) Dark Shades

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade, area of slab over 0.50 sqm a)Jet Black

Supply & fixing of Fibre Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Needles sections alongwith FRP Coated M.S. Frame needles shall be made out of standard quality composite materials. Smooth surface shall be provided from both the sides of needles, toung and box type groove shall be provided to the needles for interlocking each other. Box type groove protect the edge of the needle. Rubber seal of size 15mm x 4mm thk. shall be fixed in to the groove for water tight performance. Handles shall be provided at two locations for lifting and lowering of the needle in to frame. The FRP needles shall be tailor made sections as per size required at site for closing the bandhara b) For thickness of needles 65mm ±3mm (hallow type) for the waterm depth 0 mtr to 2 mtrs from top and width not more than 2.00mtrs in clear span.

Providing & fixing of manually operated M.S. PPGL gate of size L=2.00 Mrtrs x H= 2.50 Mtrs.(clear opening) x 65 mm thick (Hollow type) in clear span, gate shall be manufactured by using good quality PPGL FRP material & shall be reinforced by using 56mm x 36 mm x 1.6mm thickness heavy duty M.S. Pipe, heavy duty Square threaded Rod of Dia. Meter 60mm with heavy duty nut suitable for rod shall be provided for lifting & lowering operation of the gate, to facilitate ease of operation worm gear box assembly shall be fixed on the frame. Heavy duty hand wheel of size dia. 450 mm shall be provided, greasing box shall be fixed on the gate for automatic greasing to the Square threaded rod. The frame shall be fabricated out of suitable M.S. Section's size of the frame shall be made to suite the gate in width and height, plus lift of the gate, frame and supporting structure shall be coated by FRP material. Rate is inclusive of fixing of gate on site.

Conveying carefully from stack at site, 250m from both sides rolling and lowering into trenches, laying and jointing true to line and level, RCC spun pressure and non-pressure pipes of varous classes, special including collar and perfect linking of joint with jack to correct position including cost of jointing material in cement mortar 1:2, necessary hydraulic testing, curing of cement mortar etc. complete.
