Top made out of 18 mm thick plywood (12 Nos of ply) grade BWR, with 3 mm thick teak wood lipping on edge, fixing of top with screws including 0.90 mm thick Decorative laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, paste on exposed side of top with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions and other side french polishing complete.

Leg fabricated with 20 mm dia mild steel conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.6 mm including bending in 'U' shape.

Complete frame fabricated with 25 mm x 3 mm flat iron.

Conversion of Charpoy GI Pipe Nylon Newar to Charpoy GI Pipe Plywood top by removing nylon Newar supply and fixing / welding of 02 Nos mild steel flat iron stiffener of size 25 x 3 mm thick, 900 mm long, 12 mm thick plywood commercial type of size 1980 mm x 900 mm, fixed with 10 Nos nut, bolt & washer of suitable size, painting of stiffeners with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer to match with existing. M&L for reweaving of charpoy GI pipe with 50 to 55 mm wide nylon Newar white / light colour (1st quality) both side (top and bottom) closely weaved using Newar not less than 1.5 Kg per charpoy by weight including removal of old unserviceable Newar, and including tightening of joints of charpoy frame before weaving all as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
