Preparation of proposal for regularization of encroachments of slums on Govt. land, on Municipal land and on private land in city including preparation of layout of existing slums as per Govt. guideline by using special prepared GIS application with

A) Door to Door survey:- A Door to Door survey of a slum including the living conditions, demographics & need of the residents, household size & composition, Age, sex and occupations of household members. Education level, Literacy rate, Type of housing condition, Access to basis social amenities, Economics & Social indicators health & sanitation, to Collect documents like Adhaar card, Pan card, electrical bill, Tax Receipt, Voter ID, Ration card, collecting required affidavits from beneficiaries, Preparation of guarantee (Hamipatra) from beneficiaries, any proof is residing in slum, how much year residing in slum. Alphabetical Names, Cast wise, Slum wise, Area wise, Category wise. Verification of document Verify & scrutinize all application make Date entry in to the special software and prepare separate registers of approved rejected application, the list of eligible & non eligible registers with soft copy of citizens to be submitted to department along with all details for getting prior approval with reason for rejection of application. B) To prepare Existing Land use (ELU):- Conducting GIS Mapping survey including area of slum, measurement of each household, high resolution GIS map of each slum showing details of available facility like Hutment, road, drain sewerage, samaj mandir, PHC center School & Anganwadi. GIS base survey of each slum using slum boundaries, profiling helps understand demographic, social economic, infrastructure characteristic of slums, identifies area with inadequate water and sanitation facilities, energy access and electrification, waste collection routes, and age housing type, ensuring compatible land, identifying areas for public facilities like electric pole, telephone line, toilets. GIS base survey of each slum using special prepared GIS application with Android Tab. C) Draft Detailed Project Report (DPR):- Propose Draft DPR to Existing Land use (ELU) & Proposed Land use Map (PLU) to identifications of existing slum, tracks progress is slum rehabilitation, enabling data-driven decision-making initiatives on living condition, health & economics outcomes, and facilities feedback mechanism, enabling slum, dweller to provide input on rehabilitation efforts to Proposed new layout as per UD department Govt. resolution Date on 26 February 2018, 07 February 2019, and 11th September 2019 to regularizing Encroached Land. D) Submission of Final (DPR):- After sanctioning draft DPR by Municipal Council, to submitted DPR competent authority for sanctioning leasing & regular encroached and Prepare the certificate of lease.
