Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing/ceiling complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, class 'A' of any size, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item No 2 here in before but except tiles complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note for item No 1 to 3 : Serviceable tiles obtained from item No 1 to be reused. The work shall be executed on slope/flat roof upto a height of 15m. The quoted rate inclusive of the cost of scafolding, transportation of old tiles upto a distance of 1.5Km for refixing and saftey precautions.[

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work or aluminium sections of any description not otherwise provided for all as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as directed.

M&L for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item No 6 here in before but except ridge or hip tiles complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : Serviceable ridge tiles obtained from item No 1 to be reused.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick/PCC block/stone walls or in ceiling surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/PCC block masonry wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) over 10mm thick cement plaster, using water proofing compound on other than fair faces of brick/PCC block masonry wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed . Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperatly.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified. Make : ROFEE HYPROOF of M/s Roff construction chemicals Pvt Ltd/ Conplast PROPALIN 421 IC of FOSROC Chemicals or Equivalent make approved by GE.

M&L MS steel work in rolled sections Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' as in main or cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium tubular sections with one or more rebates including joining cleat as in roof grid for fixing mangalore pattern tiles, fixed with self tapping screws to GI sheets/galvalume sheets all as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers in roof covering/cladding to wall etc with grade of zinc coating 275 etc complete all as directed. Note : The quoted rate inclusive of the cost of scafolding required.

S&F 1.00mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings etc with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with self tapping screws, rivetting with existing roof sheets/valley gutters, bolting to the parapet walls etc complete all as directed.

M&L scapping and cleaning the joints/cracks in RCC slab/any type of wall and applyng smartcare hybrid PU sealent and finished smooth and matching with existing surface as per manufactures instructions and all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new MP roof tiles and applying two coats of Unigloss antifungal tile guard paint of approved colour over a coat of primer as per manufactures instructions and all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old MP roof tiles by cleaning and applying a coat of Unigloss antifungal tile guard paint of approved colour as per manufactures instructions and all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside MD land all as directed.

Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling coarse all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on roof using liquid water proofing compound, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed . Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperatly.

M&L preparaion of roof surface thoroughly by wire brushes, washing, dried up, cleaning of all the foreign matter, dust and applying bituminous primer @ 250gm/Square Metre and then laying 4mm thick APP modified bitumious membrane with non woven, polyster matt as reinforcement weighing not less than 4Kg per sqm laid on primed surface with torch application method by providing minimum overlap 100mm on longitunal and 150mm on transerve direction. All angles and similar projections should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage of all joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200ml per bag of cement including dismantling of existing treatment all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparation of new or old APP roof membrane surfaces and applying one coat of solar reflective aluminium paint complete all as specified & directed.

M&L complete removal of existing old treatment from wall surfaces by scapping down and preparation of surfaces even and smooth by applying three coats of Birla wall care putty mixed with Super Latex over a coat of smart care damp proof as thick paste and applying first quality acrylic emulsion interior grade over a coat of interior primer all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed.

S & F for anodized aluminium snap grid frame work as in clause No. 10.38 of MES Schedule Part I for false ceiling of size 605 mm x 605mm with supporting hanger comprising of 6mm MS rod up to 1200mm long for level adjusting fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm, 60mm long and and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long for securing frame work to ceiling and to the snap grid complete all as specified and directed
