Building Permission and allied work -Preparing and submitting applications, documents ,drawings and obtain the Building Construction Plan Sanction, Building Commencement Certificate and Plinth Checking Certificate (if required). This additionally encompasses procuring all pertinent No Objection Certificates, records, Non-Agricultural order, and further endorsements necessary to acquire the Building Construction Plan Approval, Commencement Certificate, Plinth Certification and Completion Certificate

DM/CP and PESO related work - Preparing and submitting applications, documents, and drawings to obtain the Commissioner of Police NOC or District Magistrate NOC from the relevant government authority.
