Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift up to 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear from the as of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs.- P-J Work with in all lead and lift .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering & shuttering in foundation and plinth.with in all lead and lift .

R/R stone masonry/ Polygonal rubble masonry (uncorsed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement : 6 Sand).with in all lead and lift .

Brick Work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above GL to 1st floor level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) First class bricks.with in all lead and lift .

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness i/c hongs, jump lock jamb, beed and if required angle threhold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm or base toes of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded regidly fixed togater by machanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamb i/c steel but things 2.5 mm thick with guards, lock strike plate and shock as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the sutface as directed by Engineer in Chrge.

Providing and Fixing panneled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows,including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. 40 mm thick. (2nd class deodar wood)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. & removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete work in :

i) Foundation, footing & bases of columns and the like mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

ii) Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs , landing and the like floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness.:with in all lead and lift .-

iii) Beams, cantilever, girders and lintels sides and soffites of beams, haunchings, bressummers and lintels not exceeding 1 meter in depth.

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs grouted with cement mortor 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand) over a 12 mm layer of C.M 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 sand) and fineshed neat with in all leads and lifts complte in all respect.

6 mm Cement plaster to ceiling ( a) in cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement : 3 Sand )with in all lead and lift .

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to floor to level i/c arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in c:m 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand). with in all lead and lift .

20 mm cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of stone brick/concrete masonry for interior plastering up to floor to level i/c arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in c:m 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand).with in all lead and lift .

P/F M.S Grills of required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, Square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by the screws ( Plain Grill )with in all lead and lift .

Providing and fixing wire guage shutters using galvanised MS wire gauge of IS gauge specification 8 SG with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors, windows i/c bright finished black enemelled iron butt hings with necessary screws 30 mm thick of 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts cmplete on all respect.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly under floors.with in all lead and lift .

Providing Plinth Protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth.with in all lead and lift .

Constructing coursde rubble hammer dressed U shape open surface drain with side wall 15 x 22 cm in cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 sand) and inside plastering with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) i/c earth work and laying 10 cms cement concrete in 1: 5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 Sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and 7.5 cms cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

White Washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coat to give and even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter with in all lead and lift .

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with water proofing ement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coat ) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirty and remain of loose powdered material.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign sand papering and knotting. Ready mixed paint brushing with white wood primer pink.with in all lead and lift .

Painting two coats ( Excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning oil, grease, dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping:- Ready mixed paint other than white.with in all lead and lift .

Precast terrazzo tiles hydraulic compressed 20 mm thick with amrble chips of specified size in flooring cement mortor 1:6 )1 cement: 6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry) (Dark shade)

Wiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in PVC casing & caping and earthing the light point with 1.5 Sq.mm. HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as required.
