Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each and stacking at site where directed.

Note applicable to all items of BOQ :- Contractor shall make necessary arrangement to protect existing floors, tiles, plumbing items, sanitary fittings, etc by gunny bags with sand or any other suitable arrangement. In case of any damage the same shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction Anti Termite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron with CM 1:2 to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction Anti Termite Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) at the rate of 0.50 litres per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same to match with the existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajja, roof projection etc in any description up to 6 metre height including necessary formwork and scarffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Cutting holes in brick works of size not exc half brick built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls built in lime mortar for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required including making good as per its original specification without any extra cost complete all as directed.

S&F Second class hard wood kiln seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made 35 mm thick second class hard wood factory made plain framed panelled door shutter (any number of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle boards with commercial veneering on both face the size of rail and style as per IS - 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated and fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35 mm thick second class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc edge of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing guage etc size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats.

S&F 25mm thick Flush shutter with solid core construction with block board core and ply wood face panels commercial type on both sides including exposed surfaces finished with external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for removal of existing WPT course or any other kind of treatment surface over roof slab and cleaning of surface with wire brushes and water removing of unsolvent materials and depositing of the same outside MoD land and provide 15 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer instructions, including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm, once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm over oil bound bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm applied surface with over laps 75 mm longitudinal direction and 100 mm on the transverse direction by thermo-fused torch flame application method as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finished the top surface with one finishing coat of bituminous aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of taking down & removal of debris, 15 mm thick 1:3 screed & complete APP treatment. (ii) WPC will be paid seperately (iii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iv) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling course of floor finishes complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing finished the surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 600x300x7 to 8 mm thick, on verticals surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 set complete as specified and as directed. (Note for item Nos 48 to 51 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L 16-18 mm thick granite slab (Jet Black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and like set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of screed bed)

M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surface mixed with WPC @ the weight of minimum 2% by weight of cement mixed or as per manufacturer instruction, and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for complete water proofing treatment to sunken floors and returning filling of sunken and repair are as under: (i) First layer of slurry of cement using 0.25 kg cebex 100 or equivalent mixed to 50kg bag of cement using pressure grouting with 40 psi pup after filling all joints/ cracks in CM 1:4 mixed with Nitobond SBR or equivalent @ 1 Liter per 50kg bag of cement. (ii) Providing and applying 1.5mm thick with two coats with interval periods of 6 hrs over substrate at a coverage rate 2 kg per sqm using spray/ roller over a layer of water roof coating using Fosroc nitoproof 600 or equivalent over dry surfaces. (iii) Laying 200gms non woven geo textile membrane over nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed before providing screed bedding. (iv) Provision of 50mm bore GI pipe as in spout complete.

Cutting, Chipping and removing all damaged and debonded concrete and plaster from the RCC members of the bldg., manually or mechanically, so as to expose the corroded reinforcement bars including the rent of tools, scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supplying and application of rust remover/converter (rebaklense RR of M/s fosroc chemicals India ltd or Amandur (Manufactured by GK technocom) over the corroded reinforcement bars where ever micro concreting is required and cleaning the same after application incl coat of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of brushes etc. complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supply and application of Nitozinc Primer (Manufactured by M/S fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) over the exposed steel reinforcement after removing the rust scales from the exposed reinforcement rods in one SM area including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supplying and application of nitobond EP (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surfaces including the cost all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint, brush etc. complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Provinding additional reinforcement TMT bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars incl the charges for cutting, bending, placing and fixing in position, using Lok-fix (Manufactured by M/S Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd) including the cost of all materials, labour, cost of steel bars and scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supply and provisioning Renderoc RG (manufactured by M/S Fosroc chemicals India Ltd) to an average thickness of 70 mm for beam and Cloumn, fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6mm down coarse aggregate and specoified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work including the cost of all materials, rent for tools, scaffolding, form work and labour charges complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Supplying and Providing of shear connectors of 8 mm dia inside 12mm dia holes at 50 mm deep @ 500 mm c/c after cleaning the holes to remove the dust particles and fixing the shear connectors using Likfix 'S' manufactured by MS fosroc Chemcials Indfia Ltd) polyster resin anchor grout, including the cost of all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding and labour charges complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Removing Shrubs, vegetation, roots etc., from External wall surfaces, over roof surface by dismantling Brick work, RCC or taking down plastering as required at site, including dismantling SWR pipes, OH PVC service tanks etc., and refixing the same in orginal position and making good the surface dismantled after removing Shrubs, vegetation, roots etc. all as specified and directed by EIC. (Note : Each job consist of area exceeding 1 Sqm and not exceeding 3 Sqm)

M & L for treating holes, cracks etc., up to 5mm making "V' groove using patti blades and filling the cracks with ready to use crack fillers and allowed to dry, complete all as specified and directed by EIC
