Periodical Maintenance of Internal and External Electrical Installations of A.E.R.A. office building and Operation of 125KVA D.G. Set by deploying adequate manpower (minimum 02 Skilled Electrician and 01 Unskilled Helper for Six Days in a week, excluding national holidays, in general shift from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm) involving repair, maintenance, attending faults, breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability and satifactory working condition of the systems along with preventive maintenance on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly basis, maintenance of records, documentation etc. as per special conditions of contract.

Rate for Extra hours for running & operation of Electrical installations as mentioned in 1.00, due to exigencies or extension beyond normal shift hours as per requirement basis

Comprehensive Maintenance of Hand Dryers including replacement of all defective parts complete as required (Total numbers of Hand dryers are 08 nos.)

Rewinding of the different makes and sizes ceiling fan/ Exhaust fan/ desert cooler fan motor by super enamel painted copper wire after dismantling the wornout winding i/c varnish and changing the loop wire, ball bearing etc. after dismantling from the base and refitting the same etc. i/c connection, testing, commissioning etc as required. (Rate should be as after adjusting the cost of dismantled wire)

Running of 125 KVA D.G. Set during testing and normal supply failure by arranging the HSD Oil which including procurement of HSD Oil, tranportation of oil from petrol pump to site, storage of sufficient qty. oil at site, loading/unloading of oil in day tanks complete as per direction of E.I.C.

"Execution of works as per CPWD Delhi Schedule of rate (Electrical ) 2018 and specification as and when reqd. percentage above or below on the rates os DSR (E&M) 2018- (CPWD)- Electrical items worth totaling to Rs. 20,000/- as mentioned below.(Note: Rate shall be quoted in the Indian Rupees only payment of DSR item will be released on the basis of percentage calculation of quoted amount and fixed amount of Rs. 20,000/- as clarified below: For example: if desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs.21000/-. If desired to quote 3% below on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as Rs. 19400/-) " If Rate of item as per schedule = X, Rate to be considered for payment = (X /1.1405) x (100 ±Quoted Percentage Rate)/100
