Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No.1 above but depth exceeding 1.5 Mtr and not exceeding 3 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as spd and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in any type soil complete all as spd and directed. (Note : Punned thickness shall be measured & paid for)

M & L for Sand cushioning for under ground cable upto 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying and stretching the cable complete all as spd and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured & paid )

Material and labour for sub class 'B' bricks well burnt of size laid dry flat for protection of cable complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles including necessary form work for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping to poles including necessary form works for rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminum conductor 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches of complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured HT electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminum conductor 6.35 KV (UE)/11 KV (E) grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core as per IS-7098 suitable for earth system laid in trenches complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Taking out the unserviceable gand operated device after disconnecting the electric HT supply and Supply and fixing air break switch gang operated (GOD) triple pole with drop out fuses mechanically operated, mounted on insulators (15 insulators) & steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of GI pipe 25mm medium grade with necessary clamps to be operated from ground level 11 KV grade working pressures and current upto 200 amps etc complete, all as specified and directed. Make: Jaipuria/Rastriya/BHEL.

M & L in replcement of structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including , nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of zink chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint for 11KV insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable / old ACSR conductor from over head lines complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) for HT/LT lines on PCC/steel tubular poles, streching without kinks and bends including aluminum binding wires of size Ferret to Dog as per load complete all as spd and directed Make- Aliend/ICC/NICCO

S & F stay assembly complete comprising of 16mm dia, 40cm long stay bow rod 16mm dia x 1.8 Mtr long galvanised stay rod threaded and with nuts including 300mm x 300mm x 6mm thick plate GI, stay wire, stay clamps and necessary clamps for any type of pole etc as shown on plate No. 1 on page 495 of SSR Part-I, 2009 complete including taking down U/S stay assembly all as specified and directed ( Note : Loop type insulator, excavation and concrete work shall be measured and paid separately).

S & F in replacement loop type insulator with complete fitting porcelain, vitreous white or brown large size with over all dismensions 90x140mm , clearance of hole 25.5mm all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement galvanised steel stranded stay wire size 7/3.15mm for stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Restretching of ACSR conductor of any size of over head lines LT/HT on poles including binding with insulators, jointing jumpers etc including connections of incoming and out going cables complete all as specified and directed. Note: (1) ACSR conductor Required for winding etc is deemed included in quoted rates. (2) The distance between two poles shall be considered as one Span for measurement proper.

M&L for repair and servicing of HT 11 KV RCC four pole structure by replacing galvanized PG clamps, GI bolts and nuts, pieces of ACSR conductor with insulation of any size as jumpers including lubricating the moving parts of AB switch and cleaning of all disc /pin insulators and applying silicon compound for prevention of arcing due to dust/ salt deposits over the surfaces including applying one coat of zinc oxide primer on rusted portions after preparation of surfaces & a coat of aluminum paint to the entire steel structure complete all as directed. Note:-Rate quoted shall be inclusive of paiting of steel structure, two coats of white wash on exposed concrete surfaces, ACSR conductor for jumpering, GI hard ware like nuts, bolts etc complete and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained on this account.

Cutting, trimming of hanging/ extended braches of trees upto a distance 3 meter from the overhead HT/LT line and making the line clear upto the entire length of the feeder including removal and disposal of the cut tree branches 50 meters away from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Rates shall inclusive of T&P, hydraulic ladder, equipment such as motorised diesel operated hacksaw etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. One span comprises of 3 to 5 conductors of any distance between one pole to adjacent pole including trimming of all tree branches in vicinty & around poles /conductor & will be measured as one span. 2. Necessary prior permission shall be obtained from concerned Engineer-incharge before carrying out the work. 3. All safety measures & insurance to the staff undertaking the Job shall be the Contractor's responsibility.

Supply & fixing Prestreesed concrete pole 11 Mtr long 152x152 mm at top and 152x260 mm at bottom class-9 errecting in truely vertical position complete all as specified. Note :(Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent item of this BOQ).

Supply and filling of silica gel in to the existing breather assembly of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thickness not less than 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32X6mm by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of GI steel all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR -2009 Part II, all as specified and indicated complete and including charcoal dust,salt etc and GI protection pipe medium grade 40mm and GI watering pipe 20mm light grade with funnel and wire mesh ,40mm thick pre-cast RCC N-15 (nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg /sqm with suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover ,PCC M-15 (nominal Mix) pit,excavation and earth work in any type of soil and connected all as specified and as directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels .

Supply and fixing aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof and ground conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M & L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode , 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point , GI tubing 15mm bore medium grade protection pipe , GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh , charcoal , and salt precast PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal mix ) cover with suitable steel handle , and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for pit cover , PCC 1:2:4 pit including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and connecting , testing on completion all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part II complete all as directed. Notes: 1. Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. M & L for GI pipe in replacement ( Light grade ) for protection of HT cable fixed to walls/ poles/road crossing including suitable size clamps complete of size 80mm bore, all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old/unserviceable Ammeter from the HT panel and Supply and fixing new digital ammeter programmable suitable for 11 KV VCB range having 1A /5A ratio suitable flush pattern square type 96mm x 96mm with adopter including wiring, make: Secure /Rishosn/AE complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old/unserviceable and Supply and fixing new digital voltmeter programmable 96mm x 96mm suitable for 11KV HT VCB panel axiliery voltage 0-500 volt, as per installed panel make and model or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of platform of size 3000 x 2500 x 1200 mm for transformer with PCC (1:4:8) in foundation and PCC 1:2:4 type B1, 100 mm thickness at top portion of platform , brick work with cement mortar (1:4) and complete plaster work of 15 mm thick to exposed surface in CM (1:4) including necessary MS work ( i.e. MS jali/fencing/MS angle ) on the top of platform around transformer up to height 90 cm and one coat of white wash on plastered surface complete all as specified and shown on drawing No CEPZ/C-TD/002/13 Sheet 2/5.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in two layers (base layer 10mm in CM 1:6 & finishing layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4) using liquid water proofing compound (in 2nd layer only) on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall surfaces finished even and smooth using extra complete all as specified & directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Polymer liquid water proofing compound of make ilite/Bauchemic/Fosrock complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chain link fencing mild steel galvanised with 100 mm size of mesh, 10 gauge including line wire secured and fitted to angle/RCC poles complete all as specified and directed. Note:- PCC/angle shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for spreading of graded course aggregate 20mm nominal size to be spread over sand complete all as directed.

Repair /servicing /Calliberation to HT panel of make : Crompton having vacuum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity 250 MVA and current rating up to 630 Amp by replacing defective/wornout part, adjustment of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below:-

Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particals

Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended

Checking the arcing contact gap of vaccum intrupter if gap exceeds the permissible limis, readjust as recommended

Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particals if visible.

Dismentling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with CTC and CRC.

Checking/repair replacement of all electrical wiring for electrical/manual operation of panel including measuring IR values.

Checking of all nuts/bolts, springs, levers, latches, connnectors etc and adjustments as required and recommended.

Recording IR values of CTs and PTs.

Cleaning of bus bar spout.

Checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations. Note :- (i) Service will be carried out through Service Engineer of Manufacturer only. The service engineer so hired should be the manufacturer employee only. No employee of authorised dealer shall be hired for servicing of VCB. (ii) The cost of minor spare parts i.e nut and bolts, springs, grommets, dust cover, ring of isolator contacts, clips, pin for release prop, 'Y' Phase shround, over ride stop pin etc essentially required to make the panel serviceable shall deemed to be included in the unit rate by contractor.
