Description of work to be executed
Carefully removing the dead / worn out weathering course materials from the terrace, collecting debris bringing items down and throwing away the debris to a far off place.
Water tightening the terrace by laying 0.10m thick brick jelly concrete in lime mortar (1 part lime 2 part sand 4 part brick jelly) ramming consolidating giving proper slope, beatten well with wooden knife sprinkling additives water (like Jagganu, Methi, Udad, Gugal etc) plastering the top with lime mortar 1:2 curing etc complete.
Removal of old weathered effected stone inside monument of Adhisthan (Base Platform).
Resetting of ashlar stone masonry (stone veneering work ) with necessary new stone including fine dressing, cutting, fixing as per original with lime mortar 1:1:1 curing etc complete of weathered effected stone inside monument of Adhisthan(Base Platform) etc complete.
Fixing new FRP shed for visitors’ facility from main entrance to monument and FRP toilet block with materials, labour charges, transportation etc complete.
