Tenderer has to issue certificate for having accepted all the terms & conditions of the tender unconditionally on the tenderers letterhead, which is MANDATORY otherwise offer shall be liable for rejection

No. of own vehicles (Minimum Five vehicles should be owned by the firm or owner from past three years copy of the documents for owning vehicles should be enclosed such as Invoices, RC)

Bidder must visit the Central Finished Goods Store (CFGS) and Duty Paid Godown (DPG), Bangalore before applying the tender and bidder must upload the spot inspection certificates from Asst. Gen. Manager (CFGS/Manager (CFGS) and Junior Officer (DPG). If not upload the spot inspection certificates the bid will be liable for rejection

Statutory Documents to attach: PAN Number GST Registration Certificate. Financial turnover of the bidder should be minimum Rs. 67.5 Lakhs (Avg. Turnover for last 3 preceeding financial years to be taken together) and should be certified by chartered accountant, which is MANDATORY otherwise offer shall be liable for rejection. Upload GST returns filed, profit and loss statement during the last three years certified by CA compulsorily. Upload the IT Returns for last 3 years compulsorily.
