Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance n.exc 50m away and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for providing precast cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC not less than 50 gm/lit and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, dust, alkali and fungal resistant, of approved shadewith silicon additives @ 1.43 lit/10Sqm over a coat of primer @ 0.9Lit per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix structural steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including purlins, rafters, special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS - 1161-1979 grade St.-240 and painted with one coat of zinc chromate primer paint including preparation of surfaces at contractors workshop before fabrication all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for mild plate(plain or chequerred), channel, square cut or notched(ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes with out any attachment conforming to Fe 410-W quality A(Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chromate primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm wide or girth including preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated corrugated sheet (manglore patern) of 0.50mm thickness having tensile strength of 550 Mpa with coating thickness fixed with GI self taping screws as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridges, valley gutters fixed to frame work all as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated plain sheet (manglore patern) 0.5mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa with coating thickness prepainted plain galvalume sheeting as in ridge and cladding, fixed with GI self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC(SWR) half pipes trapezoidal shape rain water gutter 150mm at top and 110mm at bottom width complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC pipe (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint 110mm dia fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel bands , straps, supports or stays for rain water pipes including bolts and nuts and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 Tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concret 1:3:6 type C-2, 150mm thickness using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub bases and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of M-40 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick 6.3mm course aggregate cushioning, watering and consolidation in the same position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for point wiring complete using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable (FRLS) upto and including working voltage 1100volts grade, drawn through and including 25mm NB PVC medium grade conduit including all accessories ISI marked including press fit white PVC open switch/surface board high strength and crack resistance and unsheathed copper conductor stranded cable(FRLS) earth continuity wire connected to DBs/sunken boxes/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm Cross sectional area and all other metal parts with earth dolly for the following:-. (a ) one light point controlled by one switch 5 Amps

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on Independent board

(d ) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on same board

All as per Item No. 23 above but with 4 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable(FRLS) including 4 sq mm PVC copper conductor used as earth wire for power point on independent board for One 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps.

Supply and fix Modular switch one way 6A, 1 Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Modular Switch 1 way, 16 Amps, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Modular Socket, 6 A- 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Modular Socket, 6/16 A- 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6-32 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole in the MCB DB,IP 20 transparent lebel holder fully insulated safety shutters suitable for cable up to 35 Sqmm cross sectional area complete including suitable size copper Lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 40 to 63 AMP rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door protection, neutral bar, earth bar, single pole and neutral 240 volts, IP42, Mechanical Impact Strength IK08, RCBO/MCBs used as incommer Double door, flush to wall complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, SPN 12 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door protection, neutral bar, earth bar, single pole and neutral 240 volts, IP42, Mechanical Impact Strength IK08, RCBO/MCBs used as incommer Double door, flush to wall complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6 sqmm FRLS single core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed drawn through and including PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia size with all accessories such as bends,Tee, junction boxes, elbow etc fixed to walls/ceiling including 1 run of 6 Sqmm copper (insulated) FRLS cable as earth continuity conductor including complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 3 runs of 6 Sqmm copper cable and one run of PVC casing and caping shall be measured one unit length.

Supply, laying or passing through pipe LT, XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 2 core including connecting/testing after taking out from trenches/ pole unserviceable LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing dry screened river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down of sand by layer complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying cable protection cover un- reinforced precast concrete cable covers class LV, type-1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm for cable protection complete all as specified laid perpendicular to cable as per directed.
