Supplying and pasting tarfelt sheets of reputed manufacture one layer over A.C sheet expansion joints, ridges etc after cleaning the surface and applying roofing compound etc complete. (the rate shall include cost of tarfelt ,roofing compound labour charges scaffolding etc complete. The work is to be carried out at roof of godown at a height up to 12Mtrs from ground level after observing all safety norms)

Cleaning masonry drains of width 25 cms to 60 cms and depth up to 60 cms, including removal of silt and rubbish, cutting and removing grass and other vegetation from the sides of drains and disposal of rubbish within a distance of 150 mts.etc.complete.

Cleaning masonry drains of width 60 cm to 80 cm. and depth upto 100 cm Including removal of silt and rubbish within a distance of 150m. and removing the grass and vegitation from the side of drains thrice (once in every three months) as directed by engineer in charge ..

Taking out RCC slabfrom drains carefully without any damages and keeping in the same position after cleaning the drains as directed. (charges for cleaning the drains will be paid seperately)

Cleaning of septic tank with cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity including removing the cover slab, cleaning and dechocking of sewer line, taking out sediments sludge etc and disposal at safe place and cleaning the premise of tank complete as directed by the Engineer-in -charge (Analysed based on item 14.77 of DSR 2023)

Cleaning of well/sump including removing the cover and refixing, dewatering, removing silt , clay etc from the bottom of the well, cleaning the walls of the well, removal of vegetation along sides, disposal of all debris etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (The work is carried out after following all the safety norms) (the rate shall include all labour, hire charges of the pump equipment, scaffolding etc).

Cleaning of main over head tank and other P.V.C.tanks installed over the roof of depot/ staff quarters and other buildings etc. including removal of silt/rubbish from tank, disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5 gm per litre capacity of tank, disposal of silt/debris outside the FCI boundary etc.. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The work has to be carried out at roof top level after following all the safety norms)(Analysed rate)

Reparing/Servicing rolling shutters such as removal of top covers tightening/ loosening the springs adjusting the dislocation of parts if any and applying grease to the springs side guides ( 0.40 kg grease/ shutter) after cleaning and refixing the cover in position etc as directed by engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) ( Item No 14.1.1 of DSR 2023)

Providing and fixing the angle iron fenders of size 100X 100X6mm to the godown varandha nosing, straightening the angle iron to suite the existing nosing tip impression, providing 30 cm long ,16 mm dia bolts by drilling the varandha concrete to a depth of 10 cm and welding ms pieces with existing reinforcement, concreting the dips ,compacting , fixing and finishing bolts,nuts, fenders etc complete as directed by the engineer in charge
