REPAIR TO CERTAIN MISC ITEMS AT MES INSTALLATIONS, SUBSTATIONS AND OVER HEAD TANKS (OHT) AT AF STN BAREILLY UNDER GE(AF) BAREILLY

B&R PORTION: Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removal of debris from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick of size not less than 595 mm x 595 mm laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter( without taking off shutter from frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm & not exc 4 Sqm each with hardware fittings all as specified.

M&L for second class hard wood for plain, solid, straight, chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified.

M&L for 30 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides with lipping/ frame to match all as specified.

S&F for 250 mm long sliding door bolt of aluminium alloy, anodised with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts, cast aluminium alloy and fixed all as specified.

S&F for 150 mm long aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water including removal of debris from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing surface fair and even without using extra cement but mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer instruction complete. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified.
