Excavating manually in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n. exc. 10sq.m. on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm in any type of soil.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point.

Supply and laying of course sand free from sharp materials as in filling in trenches for cable protection, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15 cm under the cable and 8 cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness as required complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Punned down thickness shall be considered for payment]

Supply and laying dry burnt bricks, sub class ‘B’ old size in cable trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches/ducts, passing through pipe/fixing on poles 1100 volts grade ISI marked 10 Sq.mm 4 core LT cable (heavy duty) XLPE insulated armoured and overall PVC sheathed having stranded aluminium conductor cable including commissioning with and including taking down old unserviceable cable along with old protection bricks all as specified and directed

Horizontal Boring under hard standing/ pavements or roads by trenchless technology using ultrasounding technique and necessary T&P suitable for drawing HDPE pipe of dia up to 100mm and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: HDPE pipe will be measured and paid separately]

S&F 100mm dia HDPE pipe suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure will all fittings, drawn through horizontal boring complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal Boring under hard standing/ pavements or roads manually using suitable auger for insertion of GI pipes up to 100mm bore and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: GI pipe will be measured and paid separately]

S&F GI tubes 50mm bore dia light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or inserting in horizontal boring complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubes 100mm bore dia light grade with all fittings laid in trenches or inserting in horizontal boring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for LT cable straight through jointing kit heat shrinkable type suitable for XLPE/ PVC insulated cable of size 4C x 10-16sq.mm complete including testing the cable joint for healthiness, cutting & removing unserviceable joint, preparation of both ends of cable to be joined with necessary stretching, aligning, making joint all as specified and as required at site.

All as per Item No. 19 herein before but for cable of size 3½/ 4 core 25 to 50 sq.mm

M&L for repair to existing damaged/ broken/ unserviceable link sign board of overall size 2300mmx800mm, made of hard plastic or Perspex sheet duly framed with anodized aluminium strip of suitable size. The link sign board is mounted on 2-3 Nos legs made of specialized frangible material. One alphabet letter like 'C' & 'E' and the like of size 340mmx400mm shall be written on one side of the board in yellow colour on black background of size 1140 mm x 800 mm and remaining portion of link sign board size 1160 mm x 800 mm shall be yellow background and black strip as per existing pattern. The link sign board shall have suitable number of LED lights with accessories such as LED driver, adopter, plate, rectifier to convert AC supply into DC supply etc, link sign board shall be pre-wired as in replacement of old burnt wires with complete housing in the board including necessary repairs to PCC foundation for fixing link board and making all electric connections as per existing sample at site with and including replacement of damages/ broken mirror image all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

The link sign board shall have suitable number of LED lights with accessories such as LED driver, adopter, plate, rectifier to convert AC supply into DC supply etc, link sign board shall be pre-wired as in replacement of old burnt wires with complete housing in the board including suitable repairs to the PCC foundation for fixing link board and making all electric connections all as per existing sample at site with and including replacement of damages/ broken mirror image all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250), quality-A all as specified.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius using old size bricks built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete/ brick masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel plates (Plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe.410-W. (Gde-E-250, Quality-A) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new or untreated plastered surfaces and applying a priming coat of exterior primer and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint of five different shades in camouflage pattern (Specific pattern as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) by allowing 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base for flooring etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates etc complete including necessary formwork all as specified.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing LT bus bar chamber outdoor type, platform mounted of size (1200 x 1000)mm x 450mm suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz supply having aluminium bus bar 400 amps with MCCB 4 Pole, 320 Amp of breaking capacity 36 kA as outgoing for phases and neutral, installed on porcelain / epoxy insulator. The panel shall be dust proof, vermin proof (IP 54) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA sheet self moulded type and (50 x 50)mm x 6mm angle iron frame front and rear opening with double shutter and locking arrangement with 50mm size lock with and including grouting of panel with necessary PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old defective earthing by providing new earthing comprising of galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of size 25 X 4mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part–I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board/ main DBs/ earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, duly reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both ways with suitable lifting handle made of 10mm dia MS round bar to lift the cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm bore including testing on completion of job complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 25mm dia including junction boxes, all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 32mm dia including junction boxes, all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shifting of existing LT Panel including disconnecting incomming and outgoing cable connections and installing, commissioning and testing at new location satisfactorily complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shifting of existing LT Bus bar chamber including disconnecting incomming and outgoing cable connections and installing, commissioning and testing at new location satisfactorily complete all as specified and as directed.

Deduct: Amount of Schedule of Credit b/f from Sl. Page No. 16 of tender document i.e. Rs. 90,420.00
