Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) or any other mixed variety of soil including shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to any heights / depths or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during de-watering, removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edges of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) layers where required into plinth and side of foundation etcetera, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all surplus un-serviceable excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts, by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and disposed of material to be neatly dressed and leveled as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls up to all width and heights as per specifications, approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of lead paint in beams joists channels, angles, tee,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and similar work as per specification, approved drawing , design, as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm (fifty into fifty millimetre) including strengthening with 2 mm (two millimetre) dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.
