Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and other intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification 2014 clause 1601,1602,1603 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus un-useful material to acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animals transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/or labour if required. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts. A recovery of useful stone for 596.68 cum ( Five hundred ninety six point six eight ) cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis in each running bill from this item. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and technical specification MORD 2014 clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for foundation of bridge structures (Abutments) in all depths as per drawing and MORTH specification clause 304 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock(where blasting is prohibited). All type of classifications of soil by manual / mechinical means comprising of ordinary rock, soft rock, / Hard rock as per drawing and technical specfication and as per direction of Engineer -In - Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidential. Hauling and stacking of useful materials for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner triming filling of unevenness blindage and finishing of the brigde site to specified dimension or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST , Labour cess, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in sub structures , drains and open foundation for all type of structures complete of plain cement concrete Grade M-10 (ten) design mix on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and technical specification MORTH 2013,2100 clause per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement made of TATA SAIL, TISCO. in foundation & substructure of bridge complete as per drawings and technical specifications MORTH 2014 clause 1600 & 2200 including the cost of bending, binding, cutting and placing in postion of bars complete and including the cost of winding wire including entire carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Back filling behind abutment , wing walls and return walls complete as per drawings and technical specification MORTH 2013Clause 710.1.406 IRC 78 & 2200 with Granular Material and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge specfication. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing walls, return walls with 110mm (One hundred ten millimeter) diameter AC Pipe made of implet/ supreme extending through the full width of structures with slope of 1(Vertical) : 20 (Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical MORTH 2013 specifications clauses 706 and 2200 including entire carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge specfication. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in postion true to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals, PTEF surface sliding againset stainless steel mating surface, completre to be of cast steel/ fabricated structural steel, metal and elstomer elements to be as per IRC ;83 part -I & part-II respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400 section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of Morth 2013 specfication Clause 2000 and 2200 complete as per drawing and approved technical specfications.

Providing and laying 75 mm thick mechanically mixed and vibrated wearing coat M-30( M-thirty) grade minimum cement content 407 kg four hundred seven killograme) as per design mix menimum design mix including reinforcement complete as per drawings and technical specifications MORTH 2013 Clause 2702 including the cost of form work and curing complete including entire carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 (Seventy) millimetres , complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer / supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer's instructions for installation and MORTH Specfication 2607 including the cost of form work and curing complete including entire carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Plain cement concrete 1:6:12 ( one cement : Six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size ) in open foundation including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawings and technical specification MORD 2014 Clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated in open foundation retaining walls, breast walls and like substructures etcetra complete as per drawings nominal mix 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : Ten graded crushed stone aggregate) 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size including cost of form work and curing complete without plum as per MORD2014 specification 800 & 1200 complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing weep holes in brick masonry / Stone masonry / plain/reinforced concrete in abutment retaining walls, breast walls and the like with 110 mm ( One hundred ten millimetre ) dia PVC pipe Finolex/ Supreme having pressure not less than 4.00 Kg/Cm² ( four kilogramme ) per centimetre square extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V):20(H) ( one vertical : twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification MORD 2014 clause 614,709,1204.3.7 in all leads and lifts and carriage of material by all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer- in-chrage. Back filling behind abutment , wing walls and return walls complete as per drawings and technical specification 2014 Clause 1204.3.8. with Granular Material and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately ) depending upon the classification of soil complete as per HP PWD specification and direction / satisification of Engineer in charge .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc.with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade completed as per HP.PWD. Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials grading -1 spreading in uniforms layers with mortor grader on prepared surface, mixing in mechancial mix plant at OMC, and carriage of mixed material upto any lead compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification MORD 2014 Clause 401 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN ( eighty into hundred )weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etcetra as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and Technical Specification MORD 2014 Clause 406 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) made of HPCL/ BPCL on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square metre ) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification MORD 2014 Clause 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) made of HPCL/ BPCL using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification MORD 2014 clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30 mm (Thirty) millimetres compacted thickness Bituminous concrete with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (three percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing on average output 75 tonne per hour using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required, grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications MORTH 2013 Clause 509as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of hill side V-shape drain in accordance with the requirement of specifications true to the specified line, grades, levels and dimensions and other particulars as per the drawing and technical specifications Clause 1606.1 in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size, with thickness of concrete 10cm (ten centimetre) of size 0.45 x 0.30mtr. (zero point forty five into zero point three zero metre) including cost of earth work in all kinds of soil and cost of from work with steel plates as per MORD specifications including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
