Maintenance of garden daily in all respects like removal of weeds, removal of debris and carrying debris to suitable places immediately so as to keep the area neat and clean, including watering the plants, trimming the plants, edge cutting putting gravel & organic manure etc. as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, tools and plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete. The contractor has to submit suitable methodology for the execution of work along with list of number of labours proposed to be deployed doe the work. All registers pertaining to the work including labour records shall be maintained by the contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. The contractor may please note that the rate quoted per unit shall be the final rate and no additional payments on account of upward revision of escalation or increase in the rates and prices of materials or minimum wages of labours shall be paid by the Port. (The contractor should deploy minimum 6(six) number of labour daily)
Supply of garden red earth of approved quality from the approved quarry including loading, transportation and unloading etc. Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour, T&P and all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the department.
Supply of good quality organic manure etc. including loading, transportation and unloading etc. Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour, T&P and all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the department.
Providing and planting of flowering and fruit bearing plants Including cost and conveyance of all materials labour, T&P and all other incidental charges etc. complete as directed by the department.
Cleaning grass and removal of rubbish by manual / mechanical means and stacking outside the periphery of the area cleaned as per specification and as directed by the department
