Material and labour for tripod chemical earthing (comprising of three chemical earthing) as per drawing attached. The chemical earthing will have specification as follows:- (a) Copper electrode of wall thickness minium 2 mm not less than 3 mtr length with minium 75 mm outer dia. (b) Fixing of copper earth electrode by drilling/boring 175 mm dia hole, 5.00 mtr deep in any type of strata, placing electrode in hole, returning, filling excavated soil by mixing mon 10 kg GEL per bore and 75 kg soil resistivity Improvement (SRIP) compound as per manufacture instruction.

(c) FRP earthing result display board 254x380 mm made out of plastic material showing information related to type of earthing result, due date of testing along with fixing sie 610mm height made of plastic hollow pipe of dia 20 mm. (d) PCC earthing protection chamber for each earthing pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, rainforced with weided steel wire fabric or XPM jali(weight not less than 4.00 kg/sqm) Make :- Powertrac/McMLL Earthing solution/ Ashlock

Note :- (a) The coppper strip connection to each electrode and to the equipment will be measured and paid separately. (b) All other items are included for chemical earthing in the item except copper strip as mentioned in note (a) every other items is deemed to be included in the item. (c) The chemical earthing will be carried out by the manufacture or its authorized representative on the site. (d) The earthing result will be obtained for each electrode must be less than 1Ω. Otherwise contractor is liable to do chemical earthing using another chemical which is more sensitive and yield result / meet the result without extra cost the result are above 1Ω.

(e) Contractor must visit the site before quoting the tender to understand the difficulty and cost for carrying out the job in the station. It is important that contractor asceratain the quantam of work. (f) Contractor must produce the certificate from the manufacture that chemical earthing has been carried out by manufacture. The manufacture must also mention the warranty for chemical earthing. (g) Extention strip from elctrode strip upto 0.15m height from GL to be deemed included in quoted rate including brazing. (h) The contractor has to give in writing for 3 years minimum warranty for constant result of earth below 1Ω.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of gun metal of phosphorus bronze size of 75mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed fixing on wall including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25mm long hex. Head screws or suitable size nuts/bolts or other fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing copper strip of size 20 x 3.15mm with epoxy isulation and fixing screws etc for earth continuity conductors to test point terminal complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing continuity conductor or main earting lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of copper strip size 25x3mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brazing of copper strip using brazing touch suitable temp and using brazing rod complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing on wall / drawing through pipe/trench 2 x 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheated armourd copper cable 1100V grade confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) complete with copper jointing materials and all accessories required drawn and through stove enamelled steel conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing on wall rigid steel conduit, stove enamelled steel conduit, with external dia not less then 20 mm with thickness not less then 1.40mm confirming to IS:9537 (Part-II) 1981 including all accessories such as tee, nipple, bend, junction box etc all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of detectors complaying with and type certified to EN-45 Addressable type smoke detector photo electric/optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS:11360 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of detectors complaying with and type certified to EN-45 Addressable type Heat detector with rate of rise cum fixed tempreture as per IS:2175 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Explosive proof manual call point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Response Indicator Comlete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Addressable control module Comlete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54 single loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detector and modules, 168 character LCD, Exceptional alarm response times, 8 Multiplexed channel, zoned audio amplifiers, slide in LED and Switch lables, automatic device and panel addressing device circuit mapping etc including battery back up and charging facility, fixing, arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of Fire Alarm Sounders/Sirens Electronic type horizontal two stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of +5 DB, 500 meters range complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabrication of fire point using angle iron of size 50x50x5mm and MS sheet 2mm thick including welding, PCC Complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Febricated of fire point should as per design approved by Engr-in-charge. (b) Meterial size and specification should as per design approved by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and installation of fire extinguisher mechanical foam AFFF type, having gross wt 102 Kg capacity 50 ltr complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of fire extinguisher dry chemical powder (ABC Type) 25 Kg capacity confirming to IS 13849 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of fire extinguisher dry chemical powder (ABC Type) 5 Kg capacity confirming to IS 13849 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of fire extinguisher CO2 type 22.5 Kg capacity conforming to IS-2878 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for installation, testing and commissioning of earthing using following material including necessary T&P required to complete job for earthing, excavation etc. Make:- Powertrac Model No-PT-803 or equivalent of make PRAGATI/ McML's Earthing Solution (MES)/ Ashlock (a) 'CHEMO' M.F. Earthing Electrode (conforming to IS 3043:1987) of copper, 3.00 metre long, 80 mm outer dia, copper inner strip of size 50 x 6 mm thick, pipe filled with SRIP compound (50 kg per earthing electrode) (b) FRP based earthing display board with support stand FRP coated width-254 mm, length-380mm, height-610 mm

(c) PCC earthing protection chamber for each earthing pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 kg/sqm) (d) The earthing result will be obtained for each electrode must be less than 3Ω. Otherwise contractor is liable to do chemical earthing to meet the result without extra cost if the results are above 3Ω. (e) Contractor must visit the site before quoting the tender to understand the difficulty and cost for carrying out the job in the station. It is important that contactor ascertain the quantum of work.

(f) Contractor must produce the certificate from the manufacturer that chemical earthing has been carried out by manufacturer. The manufacturer must also mention the warranty for chemical earthing. (g) Extension strip from electrode strip upto 0.15 m height from GL to be deemed included in quoted rate including brazing (h) The contractor has to give in writing for 3 years minimum warranty for constant result of earth below 3Ω.

Note:- (i) Earthing in any of soil, installation complete earthing system will be carried out in presence of company's autherised tradesmen/representative. (ii) Item rate Quoted by contractor shall include for 250 mm dia bore upto 3 metre deep and pouring, mixing of SRIP compound with soil. (iii) drawing for single bore earthing is enclosed.

S&F air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long copper spike lightning arrester, screwed for easy fitment and fixing with base plate with 10 mm holes on four corners for necessary fixing arrangement on top / side of PCC block (15cm x 15cm x 20cm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing GI pipe 40mm dia medium grade complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper strip of size 32x 6mm burried in ground complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggreagate for preparation of PCC block of size 15cm x 15cm x 20cm as in seimic and other similar bands shelves coping bed plant, hold fast plinth course, filling in pressed steel frame and like the finish fair and even including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
