Work of Rewinding and servicing of Cooling fans & Replacement of Defective Contactors, relays, MCBs, etc in the M. Box.of 160 MVA Transformer-II BHEL make etc at 220 K.V. Sub Station Gajraula Under ETD Amroha.

Complete Rewinding of 2.5HP 3-Ø 415V Cooling fan motors of 160 MVA T/F at Sub-Station. The work covers Complete dismantling of all parts of fan motor its rewinding by super enamel copper wire of same specification & gauge, varnishing of complete motor body, changing of damaged front and rear side Bearings with new ones of same size & standard make, oiling & greasing of all moving parts, reassembling of Motor & testing for normal running of Cooling fan with all cost of men, materials, carriage and T&P etc. required for the job

Complete overhauling of the 3φ 2.5HP, 415V Cooling Fans of 160 MVA Transformer-II BHEL make including dismantling of its Motor, changing of damaged Ball Bearings with new ones of same size & standard make, oiling & greasing of all moving parts, reassembling of Motor & testing for normal running of Cooling fan with all cost of men, materials and T&P etc. required for the job.

Repairing of 160 MVA T/F-II BHEL make cooling fan guards by replacement of rubber pads, GI wire by welding process, fixing plates etc for proper & noise free running of the cooling fans with all cost of men, T&P, materials etc required for the work.

Complete dismantling & replacement of following defective items of T/F M.box by its rewiring with 2.5mm2/10mm2/4.0mm2 copper wire as per requirement of lugs, ferrules, cable tie, cable duct etc with all cost of men, T&P, materials, consumables for the completion of work.

(a) Thermal O/L relay 2.5-4.0Amp

(b) Power contactor coil voltage 240V AC, 3TF33-00-OA, 3main+2NO contacts Siemens/ L&T make,

(c) 16/32 Amp fuse base with cap

(d) 15Amp, 415V Rotary switch with test, On, OFF mode name plate.

(e) Time delay relay range 1-10 sec. 240-24V bar, NC/2NOcontacts.

(f) Single phase preventer USPD minilec/ any standard make 2NO/2NC, coil 415V, with mounting arrangement.

(g) Push buttons having 2NO+2NC contacts (as per sample).

(h) LED indication lamp fittings suitable aux. supply 110V DC, with orange cap. (As per sample).

Scratching of old painted surface & oil deposits of fan along with guards of 160MVA T/F then applying one coat red oxide primer, then painting by smoke grey colour paint in two coats after 12 hours interval as per direction of engineer incharge.
