S&F factory made 30 mm thick fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) paneled door shutter made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminated for forming hollow rails and styles with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminated for panels.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frames for windows and ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) window shutter to glazed and gauze, fixed/ sliding type without sash bar, aluminium section weighting 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, louvers, glazing clips, rubber packing anodized aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for preparation of surfaces of roof chajjas etc. with wire brushes and water and provide 15 mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:4 mixed with Water Proofing Compound (WPC) as per manufacturer's instructions, including finishing the surface fair and even on RCC roof/ parapet once bedding layer of concrete is completely dried and apply oil based bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm of the surface area and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm including minimum 10 cm side over laps and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded as per detailed procedure as directed and finally finished the top surface with one coat of solar reflective aluminium bituminous paint complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of preparation of roof surface, 15 mm thick plastering mixed with WPC, oil based bitumen primer, Solar reflective aluminium bituminous paint & complete APP treatment. (ii) The work shall be carried out only through manufacturer or their authorised applicator and a written guarantee for work shall be submitted by the manufacturer for the effectiveness of WPT (iii) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (iv) The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps & portion inserted in groove which shall be deemed included in the quoted rates.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, etc, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:40 in alternative bays not exceeding 2.5 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising 1 part of heated bitumen Blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand (all by weight). Quoted rate of this item shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in sub base, floors, pavings, levelling course, etc, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, floors, pavings etc. finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab of minimum size 550mm x 550mm, 20-25 mm thick, as in floor laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing & mirror polishing complete all as directed. (Note: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of Cement screed and mirror polishing to kota stone slab)

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 600x300x7 to 8 mm thick, on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 set complete as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before incorporation in the work.

S&F Granite 18-20 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, cills, raiser, under wash basins, platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including required cutting to suit the size of oval shape counter sunk wash hand basin complete all directed and specified.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering in two coats, 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instuction over 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work and concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separetly.)

M&L for concealed type submain wiring with two runs of single core 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable drawing in and including PVC rigid medium grade conduit concealed of suitable size complete including provision of 6 Sq mm copper unsheathed cable PVC insulated as earthwire connected to earth dolly inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers etc all as specified and directed. Note: 3 runs of 6 sqmm cable and one run of PVC concealed conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
