The corporation shall be within its right to execute or not to execute or to partially execute or exceed any of the items as mentioned in the schedule of items and rates. 5. The tenderer confirms that they have read and understood the tender documents, terms and conditions, scope of work and then have quoted the percentage rate. 6. The party has to enter bidder's name and the percentage only, in the designated cells. 7. Bidders are required to fill Service Accounting Code/HSN & GST Rate (%) in the technical bid.
