Cleaning of storage water storage tank of RCC/PVC of exc 250 but n. exc 500 Ltrs capacity staged over RCC roof/floor slab or similar place inside /outside buildings by removing float valves inlet and outlet carefully, thoroughly cleaning the entire surface (internal & external), mouth of pipes etc scrubing with bleaching powder, to make the tank totally dirt free and finally cleaning the water tank with fresh water till water becomes clear to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and as specified in particular specifications and refixing of float valves all as specified and directed by Engineer-in –Charge

All as per above item here in before but water tank of capacity exc 500 but n. exc 1000ltrs

Dismantaling of old water tanks and S&F new rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 1000 liters capacity, ISI marked, double layer construction (cylindrical vertical closed top), hoisted & fixed in position including S&F 20 mm dia ball valves, high pressure of epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball complete including check nut and suitable nipple, screwed for iron pipes or brasas ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling of old water tanks and S&F new rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 liters capacity, ISI marked, double layer construction (cylindrical vertical closed top), hoisted & fixed in position including S&F 20 mm dia ball valves, high pressure of epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball complete including check nut and suitable nipple, screwed for iron pipes or brasas ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair for PVC water tank covers, circular type with suitable nut and bolts complete for water tanks of 500 to2000 litres capacity all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm dia ball valves, high pressure of epoxy coated Aluminium rod and high density plastic ball complete including check nut and suitable nipple, screwed for iron pipes or brasas ferrule and fixed.

Writing letters “TANK CLEANED ON DD MM YYYY” of not exceeding 7.5cm high each letter, painted with black letters on sufficient white back ground on external visible face of water tank with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Complete set of letters on each tank will be measured as one unit/ Job.

Taking up or down steel water tubing of 15 mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing to store. .

Taking up or down steel water tubing of 20 mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing to store. .

M&L for Mild steel galvanized steel tubing of 15 mm bore (ISI Marked) with screwed socket joints as in concealed pipe work , medium grade, together with all fittings heavy duty (ISI Marked ) (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and fixed complete to walls and ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors Complete all as specified and directed

Refixing old steel tubing of 20 mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) together with all fittings heavy duty (ISI Marked ) (such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.) and fixed complete to walls and ceiling with clips, wall hooks, wooden plugs or laid in floors Complete all as specified and directed

S & F 20 mm dia Gun Metal, globe or Gate Valve with Iron wheel head Screwed both ends for Iron Pipe and fixed in repairs.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore Stop valves, cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions.

S&F in repair Stop Valve 15mm bore of standard PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm- 125gms).

S&F bib taps 15mm bore of standard PTMT any colour ahigh pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm- 125gms).

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore chromium plated bib taps, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule.

S&F pillar taps 15mm bore of standard PTMT any colour ahigh pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repair (Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/20mm- 125gms).

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore pillar taps, Cast Copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe.
